“Great experience with holiday taxis. Driver was waiting just as described at the airport - no hassle or waiting around. Same for our return journey - driver was punctual and collected us as described in our email. Both cars were clean and lovely cars to be transported in. Our original flight was cancelled, one phone call was all that was needed to explain our situation and change our collection time to match our new flight details - they sent email confirmation with new details immediately for extra peace of mind too. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we booked 2 booster seats (one for age 4-7 and the other 7-12) but upon arrival there were no car seats in the car and on our return journey only one car seat provided. I wouldn?t necessarily expect car seats in a taxi but if you?re asked about them when booking then would expect it then be provided. But otherwise very happy with service and would recommend”
“I flew from LGW-LIS then LIS-AGP. Both flights were delayed, the 2nd one by more than an hour. I rang the supplier to let them know about the delay and the driver was waiting and I couldn't thank him enough”
“Normally the service is excellent. This time however when we arrived at Malaga, there was nobody there to meet us. We eventually found a rep who made a telephone call and a driver was called to pick us up. The return home trip was excellent as normal.”

The instructions provided were very clear and they managed to access the taxis without issue. Hence, everything was well organised and on time, which made the trip hassle free and more enjoyable. “Driver was extremely rude whenever I arrived to the airport, didn't acknowledge me. Stood and waited for 10 minutes while he finished his phone call. He then told me it would be 10:45pm before we would be leaving, my transfer was booked for 9pm. He began to shout at me whenever I enquired if I could go with another driver as this was too late. His English wasn't secure so he called a another man over, who again was more than unhelpful, shrugged his shoulders, and brushed me away. The driver then told me to go away and wait while using his hands to gesture that I was to move away. Being a solo female traveller, I felt vulnerable and didn't feel safe to travel in his car. I therefore had to book another taxi (uber). This driver was so pleasant and helpful.”

“Pick up from the airport was quick and easy. However we had a time from the company for return back to the airport and we waited past this time and then had to get the hotel to ring the pick up people. The taxi had gone to the wrong hotel, which had a similar name, and was in fact 25 mins late, we had a rush to the airport. Not very impressed.”
“Easy to book. Prices are fair. Staff was waiting at Hurghada customs for us. Straight delivery to our resort. On the return date we had to confirm the pickup time ourselves. Holiday said they would contact us.”
“Easy jet went wrong and lost our luggage so we missed your taxi. And then because we couldn?t find out where the drop off point was for the return journey we missed the one back to the airport too!”
