“I booked and have proof that they would pick me up from my hotel in Kremasti Rhodes.Whilst I was waiting I received a phone call telling me that I had ten minutes to get to the church for pick up else they would go without me I received no notification to this effect . I?m no spring chicken and had to lug my suitcase to the church .I?m glad to say they waited for me .But arrived rather red faced and hot and sweaty .I recognise the hotel was on a narrow road so the coach may not have been able to get down there but better communication should have been received from the Greeks”
“The service was great in the end but I'd like to suggest you provide more clarity of information when making the booking. I booked a shared transfer (Malaga to Marbella). I was travelling alone with a golf bag only and booked Pax + 1 Suitcase - it never occurred to me to think one bag would not include a golf bag. This caused all sorts of issues on arrival at Malaga which was eventually sorted out (for a supplement) but the problem would have been avoided if it stated in the T&C's that golf bags were not permitted.”
“When we arrived at Faro airport there was no taxi driver and i had to ring the emergency number and had to wait too long in my opinion we landed late so he should of been there, then he could not get out of the car park because his ticket had run out of money. I was not happy. How ever the driver that collected us at 04.30 in the morning was brilliant and prompt so thank you to that driver.”

“Bus was easy to find and departure followed quickly. Found out the day before we needed the transfer from hotel to the airport that I chose the wrong date for it. Customer service was friendly and found a an alternative transfer from a nearby hotel. It was fixed quickly”
“We were met by a lovely man on arrival who was very efficient and had us at our hotel in no time. On our departure we were messaged with a time for our pick up the driver arrived exactly on time . He was a really nice man who chatted to us and gave us very useful pieces of information as we travelled . We were four passengers and found the service great value for money would highly recommend.”
“Exceptional service both sides of the transfer! When we arrived at Larnaca, the desk was clear and the lady directed us to the taxi rank and waited with us until our taxi arrived. A swift, air conditioned transfer to our accommodation. On the return, we received a text with when and where to meet and the taxi came on time. Would highly recommend!”
