“On arrival in Palma i had over an hours wait. Worse still on the return journey, the pick was for 7.40am. The pick had still not arrved at 8.10. I had difficulty getting through to Holiday Taxis, in fact the hotel had to find a different number so i could speak to somebody at Holiday Taxis. The lady at Holiday Taxis told me to get a local taxi and claim. This i did but it cost 80 euros. I think it's appaling you could leave an 82yr old stranded in the resort.”
“vond de service niet OK. We kregen meteen na landen een text bericht van onze assistent wat wel fijn was. Maar eens we dan op het afspraakpunt waren, hebben we meer dan een half uur moeten wachten op onze taxi. we waren sneller af geweest met een gewone taxi of uber”
“Also eigentlich würde ich gerne gar keinen Stern geben, denn ich (bzw. wir, denn ich habe jemanden getroffen der das gleiche Shuttle gebucht hat) wurde nicht abgeholt. Ich war überpünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt, welcher schon eine Katastrophe war und haben mindestens 30 min Gewartet bis wir ein Taxi rufen mussten. Leider war die Hotline, bei der man nach Hilfe fragen konnte, nicht sehr hilfreich und hat uns nur geraten den nächsten Bus zu nehmen.
Also auf Gran Canaria würde ich mich, für eine Fahrt zum Flughafen, nicht mehr auf HolidayTaxis verlassen.”
“Our driver never arrived at Iberostar Waves Cala Millor on Tuesday May 27, 2025 for our transportation to the Palma airport. We were waiting with our luggage outside the Hotel long before our pick up time. Driver never showed up. I finally reached someone on the emergency number 45 minutes after our pick up time. The person stated the driver will not be coming and to book a taxi to the airport and file claim. The taxi was over $102.00 (90 Euro). We were very disappointed in the service of Holidaay Taxi.”
“I always use holiday taxis with no issues. A good price, sorted a booking error on my part easily and no problem. I have used the company at least 6 times, always happy.
My transfer this time in Bulgaria was not good. Hard to find at the airport as the company they were using had the smallest sign ever. When it was time for transfer to collect me from my hotel to return me back to the airport. The online time I was given was 7.45pm by 8pm no one had arrived. I got reception at my hotel to call they said it would be 8.30 by 8.38 still no transfer. I went on another company transfer as they felt sorry for me and only just got to my gate with 10minutes spare.”
“The coach never showed up to pick us up....we were there before our designated time slot and asked every coach driver if they are holiday taxis and they all said no....now you have posted to me no show.....I think the no show was on your behalf...”
“Our arrival transfer to Corralejo was terrible! The coach was really old compared to the others waiting.
We finally set off and right from the start it was obvious that something was very wrong with the bus!
No power, crawling along the lady driver struggling to get any power from the engine. She rang the office on her mobile twice and seemed to get no support! Meanwhile we were stuck out on the open road in the dark! She managed to get us to Riu Olivia Beach as first drop, god knows how the others got to their Hotels. Not impressed having been a regular user over the years we will be looking at alternatives in future.”

Puis j'ai attendu 2 heures avant de voyager. M9n vol est arrivé à 11h30. Après plusieurs relances auprès de votre agent qui voulait me faire payer un supplément. Votre chauffeur m'a conduit seulement à 14 heures.
C'est peu sérieux .”
“April 17, 2025 ~ 14:00, BCN Airport. NEVER AGAIN! At the airport driver waiting area with our luggage, ad NO person holding a sign with my name, as described in the Voucher. After ~ 20 mins, I get a call, and visually locate the caller who id's himself as The Coordinator. He makes a call and says "traffic, wait 6 minutes". After 10 mins, I ask him again; the reply "traffic, on their way". After another 10 minutes, I interrupt his casual chat over cells with another guy, with a bit of "voice" (anger & fatigue): "What's the hold up? We just got off an over night flight?" He makes a quick call & leads us outside us to a taxi - one among the dozens of taxis just sitting there. UNPROFESSIOAL, JERK. Breezy ride to our hotel, because there is absolutly No Traffic!!! THIS GUY SHOULD BE FIRED. We will NEVER USE Holiday Taxis. Shame on Catalonia Hotels for providing a link to Holiday Taxis.”
“Personne n’était présent à l’arrivée pour nous accueillir plus de deux heures d’attentes pour un simple transfert être obligé sois même de demander a un autre transfert et même cinéma pour le retour a fuir !!!”
“J’ai payé pour un véhicule « PREMIUM » et c’est une RENAULT C4 qui n’était pas propre et sentait mauvais. C’est honteux ! Je suis vraiment désappointée. Je fêtais deux anniversaire et nous devions arrivées au Hyatt en belle berline !”
“Absolute nightmare they tried to pick me up 9 hours before my flight blaming road closures due to a festival. When I refused to get picked up so early they moved my pick up to another resort 3km away. On the day there were no road closures in the vicinity of my hotel so ended up getting a public bus to the airport”
“Arrived and had to wait an hour then the driver got lost 3 times ended up arriving 3 hours after the flight im heavily pregnant and was stuck in a small bus squashed in a seat as the bus was full. Leaving to go back to the airport the driver arrived at the hotel 25min earlier so we didnt get to eat breakfast and had to rush and ended up leaving things in the hotel room, he then drove so fast we almost crashed arrived at the airport 4 hours before our flight really bad experience.”
“On airport arrival the transfer was Ok Collection form Correlejo back to the airport was extremely dangerous to which should be reported to the local police. The driver continually falling asleep we could see the drivers face in the central mirror, throughout the journey When asked the driver if she was falling asleep she had a very abusive rant that lasted over 10 minutes at least the rant kept her eyes open. If this is the sort of driver HolidayTaxis use I would never use this company again to transfer.”
“Was disappointed transfer didn’t turn up at airport not even a message presume coz flight was delayed.Apparently transfer home didn’t come apparently was booked for the week after cost of taxi was 170 euro each way.Never had problem before but won’t use holiday taxis again”
