“Exceptional service both sides of the transfer! When we arrived at Larnaca, the desk was clear and the lady directed us to the taxi rank and waited with us until our taxi arrived. A swift, air conditioned transfer to our accommodation. On the return, we received a text with when and where to meet and the taxi came on time. Would highly recommend!”
“Would?ve been 5*, however phone number to contact supplier when plane was delayed wasn?t in service! Fortunately, they were monitoring the flight and we?re still waiting for us once we finally got through! Return trip all went to plan if slightly late for pick up.”

“Passport control at Prague airport was very slow and my suitcase was one of the last off the plane resulting in us being 1 hour 10mins to get to the pick up point. I tried to phone the number given but I kept getting a message that the phone was either unavailable or switched off. The taxi driver left before we could get out. We had to get our own taxi to the hotel. Once in the hotel I received a what?s app message from the taxi driver to say he was waiting which he had sent to me at 8:30 however I did not receive it until 11:55. Although it says in the terms and conditions that they will wait 1 hour after we landed the local taxi companies are well aware of the delays at Prague airport with passport control and I think it was unfair to have left without us.”

“Paid for a private taxi but got picked up at 3am from our hotel with a shared transfer. We were told that we had no option and if we wanted to get to the airport we had to accept the shared transfer which was a rickety old van!”
“Once out of the airport and into the area for transfers the driver was ready and waiting. The only bad thing I can say is that child car seat provided was not appropriate, it was a booster seat not a proper car seat as was expected for an almost 2 year old”
“We arrived at the airport and once we collected our bags walked to the specific column across from the service desk, that was closed to wait for our driver. Nobody there, so we waited over half and hour, then I walked outside to find the other drivers to see if I could find the driver from holiday taxis. They told me to walk to another counter that displayed the holiday taxi taxi logo but wasn?t costumer service she just directed me back to where we were waiting with no help or assurance the driver would be coming or a contact number for him. Roughly an hour after we had collected our bags a guy in a white shirt holding his phone walks up and says my name. We follow him to the van and we are on the way. The car was new and clean the driver told us the time to our destination all was well. But the stress of not having someone waiting with a sign at the arrivals gate, like every other car service in the world didn?t sit well, so yeah if they get that right in future it would be stress free. It was an early arrival 6:40 am so maybe our driver just overslept!?”
