“I scheduled almost two months in advance for a taxi to a resort from an airport. We booked a private mini bus so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. After waiting over 40 minutes for a driver, because apparently ours cancelled we were told that private was no longer an option. We instead got stuck on a bus with children who were crying for a whole hour (mind you we paid for a private bus) and due to our wait we were assured we would be the first stop. We ended up not being the first stop which added about 30 minutes onto our commute. The the guy assisting us either did not speak English or pretended like he didn’t and act confused when we kept asking him how long it would take.”
“The journey to our hotel was awful the driver stopped for himself twice first time for a drink and sandwich and then 3/4 hour stopped again for a cigarette what should have taken 2 hours took 3 the driver was driving very slow and eractically and texting the whole way, driver on way back was excellent only stopped because he was asked too and was very pleasant and helpful.”
“The transfer bus was full (surprising for the last week of October). Was well driven. I felt safe the whole trip, no speeding. Many thanks to the driver.”
“Used Holiday Taxi's for a recent Turkish holiday with private transfers to and from Dalaman Airport to hotel in Ovacik. Booking was straightforward and confirmation by email with text confirmation of pick up time the day before for both journeys.
Nice pleasant driver both ways and a good experience slightly let down by late pick up returning to the airport by apologetic driver who had some difficulty finding the hotel in the early hours of the morning.”
“Really good company to book transfers with.website is easy to navigate.good communication on pick up and returns to and from airport/hotels etc.will definitely use holiday taxis again.thank you.”
“We have been using Holiday Taxi for our regular trips to Turkey and they have never failed us. Always on time getting us to our resorts and back to airport. We are happy with their services and been now using them for many years and won’t even consider any other transfer companies.”
“Drivers were quite scary especially on the return which was like being on a trace track. Driver on arrival gave me a bottle of water, but not on the return. Vehicles were ok.”
