“excellent service but my grandson paid me a 2 day visit in portugal and got the same flight back with my party I asked if he could be included in return transfer but not possible !He couldhave sat with the driver in the front but I had to pay for another larger mini busto include him . only 5 aduts 4 with luggage Payment no problem but I thought one would allow my request Still I think Holiday taxis are great and I would highly recommed

“Dropped off on the main roadand had to pull cases up to hotel. We were told by office that we would be picked up where we were dropped off so again had to take the cases to main road. The bus was waiting for us at the hotel and the driver angry with us that he had been waiting. Very poor service and communication.”

“Could not find the all the way rep when we came out the terminal, one of the other taxi operators had to take us where he was, when we got our transfer the driver Gabriel was outstanding and offered us free refreshments.”
“This was a very efficient and cheap way of getting from the airport to our accommodation and vice versa. It was pretty easy to navigate and most of the instructions were given by email. The only thing that could be improved was that there wasn't really any contact details for the driver so if something happened, we didn't really know who to contact. Our coach back to the airport ran a little late, which wasn't a big deal, but can be a little worrying if you don't know who to contact and need to get to the airport.”
“From the start of the transfer to the finish I rate them 5 *. Easy to find in airport were waiting for us at their desk. The taxi was very clean and smelt clean. Driver was very polite and understanding.
Our return transfer arrived about 10 minutes before. The driver came and introduced himself Petar, shook hands with myself and husband. Again very polite wanted to know about our holiday. Taxi clean and sparkling. 10* to Petar.

“De transfer zou ongeveer 45 a 60 minuten duren. Ons vliegtuig lande om 8.15 uur in de de ochtend. De transfer werd verzorgd door Transuinion. Aangekomen bij de balie werd gezegd dat we eventjes moesten wachten. We hebben 65 minuten moeten wachten op de bus. De bus heeft er daarna nog 140 minuten over gedaan om uiteindelijk bij ons hotel aan te komen. Uiteindelijk hebben we langer in de bus gezeten dan in het vliegtuig. We dachten lekker vroeg te gaan vliegen zodat we de hele dag mee konden pakken maar dankzij Transunion is dat niet gelukt. Wij nemen voortaan weer een privé taxi.”
“Couldn’t have asked for a better service, we used Holiday Taxis for our transportation from the Airport to our Hotel then from are Hotel to the Port and again from the Port to the Airport. They kept us fully informed about pickup times and locations which takes away a lot of worries and stress the Drivers that we got were very helpful and pleasant and only to glad to answer any questions that we had. Altogether we had a great experience using Holiday Taxis and couldn’t fault their service.”
