“Taxi both ways was on time and reliable as always.
Some negative this time: driver from airport to hotel was too fast, ridiculous speed. Both taxis were not the cleanest, driver on way to airport yesterday had to stop for tyre pressure (but at the same time also decided to have a cigarette break)?
Not the service we have had on previous trips.”
“A top quality service ! The drivers were smartly dressed, extremely helpful and waiting for us on arrival. The car was immaculate and made the journey a pleasure.
I will definitely recommend Holiday Taxis !”
“Worked well and drivers where great. It would have been nice to have been greeted in the arrivals hall instead of going to the desk where we were asked to wait without any idea how long the car would be.
Collection from hotel was great”
“Bus would not start on arrival was asked to get off the bus. These things happen however I was singled out as I was travelling alone and told I would have to get a latter bus making my arrival time at my hotel 1630 instead of 1400 very disappointed.”
“Easy transport without uncertainty, very well communicated beforehand and on site. Everything happened on time. Also nicely working online chat service if any special questions. Extra credits for our excellent chauffeur Ilshat.”
“Was given the wrong ticket at the desk on arrival, when I got to the coach I told the driver and she got on the phone and said it was OK. Totally missed my stop so got up on the coach and told the driver who said i wasn't on her list, so I just told her to let me off and I would walk. Terrible”
“Great service, my friend very slow she was having trouble walking to pick up point the driver rang I explained he was great waited while the lovely man from the hotel helped us.”
