“I have used holiday taxis for years and always found them to be brilliant. Taxis always waiting snd on time it takes the hassle out of getting buses etc. would be good if there was a loyalty scheme as I use them 3-4 times per year.”
“My flight was delayed by about 50 minutes I was quite concerned that they would have left. But when I got to the arrivals hall he was there with my name on a sign. The driver was also very polite, quick (not dangerously) and efficient. I was dropped as close to my hotel as possible, it was on a pedestrianised street. And also I was going to leave a tip after he had taken my bag out of the car and shown me the hotel, all very professionally, he checked everything was ok and said goodbye. No hanging around for a tip like he expected it. All very good.”

“Upon arrival no one was waiting as indicated on the voucher. When I called the number provided the person who answered was quite rude. The transfer to the hotel was a bus for me alone at night. I felt quite unsafe.”
“The service was worth the money, but the comfort on board was variable. 45 minute wait for the minibus to be filled with passengers from different flights. No overhead luggage would fit the shelf provided so small suitcases on our knees. Return coach very punctual with suitcases down below, alas no aircon, so hot 28C ride to the airport with a full bus load of sweating passengers. You get what you pay for I suppose.”
“Absolutely fantastic service. We booked collection from Thessaloniki airport to take us to Ikos Oceania. Our driver was stood in the arrivals lounge waiting for us with a board with my name on it. She escorted us to a lovely comfy Merc and off we went. Couldn?t have been better! Coming home was just as easy. 5 stars! Highly recommend.”
“Was easy to book, however when we got to our airport and found the desk we were directed to another desk to get a voucher that could?ve been given at the first office to then go and stand in the taxi queue with everyone else who hadn?t booked to wait to get a taxi that was pre booked and paid for, seemed pointless booking in advance which we did as we were travelling with a child to make the process simple and avoid waiting around which we still had to do disappointing I?ve never had this before and use you more than once. The return journey was great picked up at the time and location on the booking and taken back to the airport which was excellent and what I expected.”
“Flight was about an hour late in landing - on reaching taxi desk we found that there were no cars from Holiday Taxis available at that moment - but no problem Holiday Taxis quickly arranged local taxi to take us to the hotel. On return journey we were picked from hotel at the arranged time by an immaculately dressed driver in a Mercedes S Class and taken to airport. I have used Holiday Taxis many times in various different countries and have never been let down. Will certainly use them again in future.”
