“Our flight when we landed was a bit late but when we got out a kind woman sorted our taxi. On the way home our flight was reschedualed and even though I got help with changing the pick up time there were no taxi there in the morning to pick us up. Unorganised and badly marked cars (you have no idea who works for who or if you are getting the right car - at least in Cabo Verdo).”
“Local agent not of the standard expected of Holiday Taxies. Two calls to alter by 45-mins our return pick-up time were not returned despite promises. Eventually, when we managed to change the time, the driver on the day called our hotel to change it back again as he had to accommodate an incoming flight. All in all, a poor show with the local contractor.”
“The driver was driving like it was the wacky races, the transfer to the hotel was lovely with provided child seat, driver back to airport was crazy and no child seat provided as requested. Not a great experience.”

“Our flight from Manchester to Tunisia was delayed. When we arrived most transfer agencies were waiting for their passengers, however no one could find our booking. We were just lucky that someone sat us on a coach and took us to our hotel.”

Although it showed my correct flight number it had my arrival time in Budapest as the time it arrived there As a result the supplying company phoned me as I was onboard in LHR immediately as plane started to taxi Not surprisingly no one met me in BUD on arrival and I had to use a yellow cab”
“I was happy, with going out, but the pick up on return, was not satisfactory, as the email for pick up time was undeliverable, so had to get someone to make a phone call, and had to ask three people, to get someone to call, this also happened in may.”
“A journey that would have taken 40 mins by taxi car took 2 hours with your taxi. Too long even with drop offs along the way, I expected an hour or so as stated on the website. I didn't go on the return journey to the airport despite having paid, I was too worried about the time.”

“I booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel and one 7 days after from hotel to airport. However this second taxi not only it wasn't a taxi, it was a pick up truck, very uncomfortable and high to get on, but it was also shared with another person, whom I didn't know and also had booked a private transfer. How did we end up sharing a private transfer?!”
“Collection after landing was perfect. Driver waiting and taken straight to the hotel. It was a different matter on the return trip to the airport. For the 2nd year running the transfer didn't turn up and I had to call to ask where it was and it arrived 45 minutes late and we nearly missed our flight.”
“I have booked a Limousine for 137 EUR and got (after waiting at a long line) a minibus. This bus took me 1 and half hour to the hotel (there was no traffic). For the same tour back, I have ordered a taxi, it picked me up (without waiting) and took me within 50 Minutes to the Airport by paying only 88 EURO (taximeter).”
“Booking experience very good booked a private transfer in a premier car and all was well, at the airport driver waiting with my name on the board all good. Unfortunately that?s where it ended, shepherded into a mini bus with another family, when I complained was told to take it up with HT and basically that?s it. Left it till the return thinking that will be a one off but it got worse, picked up on time this time with no one in the mini bus (not premier car) and then taken to another hotel to pick up another family. Have tried contacting HT but appears their customer services are non existent.”

“Had to wait an hour at the airport when we arrived and then it took 4 hours to arrive at our hotel, when the journey is only 70 minutes. Driver got lost multiple times. Return journey was a bit better at 2 hours 10minutes. Next time I'll be booking a direct transfer with a taxi firm for travel from Barcelona to Loret De Mar,”
“I gave 2 stars, because we were eventually picked up and taken to our destinations - somewhat. We were picked up at the airport - over 30 minutes late - and after I called twice to find out if someone was coming. I was assured that wouldn't happen on the return trip back to Heathrow. But it was and this is when you don't want your transfer to be late. Again, a different driver was over 30 minutes late and I had to call to find out if anyone was coming. He also gave me a hard time for where we were waiting for pickup - I told him that was where the first driver had told us to stand. He said that driver didn't know what he was doing. When we got to the airport, he said the line to our terminal was too long, so he took us to another terminal, where we had to take the train to our terminal. We almost didn't make the flight. So, no I will not use or recommend Holiday Taxis.”
