“We’re a family of 8 adults and 1 toddler, and I really wanted us all to travel together comfortably to the airport. I had the option to book two 7-seater minivans through another company for a lower price, but I decided to go with this service instead because they offered one 12-passenger minibus. It cost more, but I thought it would be worth it for the convenience of riding together.
Unfortunately, when the day came, two taxis showed up instead of the stated 1 private standard minibus. Each taxi could technically fit six people, but only if you didn’t need more space for luggage. With our bags, they really only fit four. In the end, two of us had to take a third taxi and pay an extra fare, which kind of defeated the whole purpose.
It might’ve been my own misunderstanding, but I was definitely disappointed. Looking back, I probably should’ve just gone with the original plan and saved a bit of money. Lesson learned for next time!”
“Having booked a premium car transfer to and from Naples airport to Sorrento I was disappointed to share a people transporter to Sorrento and returned to the airport in a Skoda Fabia. Not the service I have usually enjoyed.”

kurze Rückmeldung: der Transfer von Corfu Airport nach Arillas war in Ordnung.
Leider gab es Probleme mit dem Transfer am 07.06.25 von Arillas zum Flughafen in Corfu.
Uns wurde zunächst als Abholzeit 5:15 h auf der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt.
Später dann zunächst telefonisch 6:26 h. Unser Hinweis auf unser Boarding um 8:45 h und
das bei dieser Abfahrtzeit von Arillas das Einchecken problematisch werden könnte, wurde
nicht berücksichtigt.
Hinzu kam, das uns gesagt wurde, wir müssten von unserem Appartment (Giannis Appartment)
ca. 600 Meter zu Makris Appartment laufen, dort würden wir abgeholt.
Nachdem um 6:26 h noch kein Taxi vor Makris Appartment angekommen war, habe ich erneut
angerufen und es wurde uns mitgeteilt, das das Taxi bei Giannis Appartment steht.
Nach ca. 5 min. kam dann das Taxi. Dieses fuhr allerdings nicht direkt zum Airport sondern
über Sidari und wartete dort auf einen größeren Bus in den wir umsteigen mussten.
Wir erreichten den Airport ca. 7:45 h und konnten gerade noch so einchecken, aber auch nur,
weil wir die wartenden Passagiere gebeten haben, uns zur Gepäckaufgabe vorzulassen.
Unsere Bitte für das nächste Mal im September wenn wir nach Corfu kommen, für den Rücktransfer
bitte ein grösseres Zeitfenster einplanen und als Abholort Giannis Appartments bleiben lassen.
Das erspart uns eine Menge Nerven die uns der Rücktransport gekostet hat.

“The rep at the airport who helped me with my transfer was lovely. Unfortunately, the woman driver I had was not. She was very unfriendly. There was no greeting, no smile. She did not even want to look at me. A bad representative for your company.”

Am Donnerstag früh 2.55 Uhr wollte mich der Fahrer beim Panda Rosa Hotel abholen. Um 7 Uhr ging mein Flieger Aber es kam niemand mich abholen. Gegen 3.20 Uhr habe ich die Notfall Nr. angerufen und erklärt, daß ich warte, Ihr meine Referenz-Nr. und Telefon Nr. mitgeteilt. Sie wollte sich drum kümmern. Aber es kam niemand !!!!! Ich mußte alleine zurecht kommen. Obwohl ich gebucht, die Buchung bestätigt und bezahlt hatte. Nie wieder Holiday Taxis !!!!!!”
“The transfer from the airport was fine. A different story for the return trip, which didn't turn up at all. We were asked to wait at the Duna Oasis Maspalomas Appt which is over the road from Palm Oasis & quite a trek with the suitcases. We were asked to be there at 16.05 & to be there 15 mins before. We got there at 3.30 & waited & waited. I then rang & told the driver arrived and waited 10 mins which was bull****, unless of course they went to Palm Oasis & not the pick up point they gave us. I rang the UK number & he didn't have a clue what to recommen, then said "get a taxi & send us the bill. We were not prepared to pay out for a taxi on his say so. We then had to get a taxi to the bus station, then struggle with the cases on the bus, then from the bus stop to departures. Definitely not happy to put it nicely, I will think twice about using you again although it worked fine on previous bookings”
“Firstly on arrival at airport, I paid for premium transfer, I did not have premium transfer, was advised they did not have enough people on premium transfer so was put on normal ☹️ worst of all I would not have been picked up at all, if I had not asked hotel reception to ring tel. Number on my paperwork, whereby one of your people rushed to pick me up and meet up with taxi who was supposed to pick me up, so your service is not 100% it should have been. When you pay for a service we should get it!!☹️”
“Had to wait over 1.5 hours for coach on arrival.
Pick up 4 hours before flight arrived at airport 3 hours before flight. New system for transunion transfer at airport, a lot of confusion.”
“Not the best experience. The minibus was old and the driver drove far too close to vehicles in front with regular heavy braking. Driver spoke no English (all passengers were English) so not a great service.”
“The return journey to the airport was totally fine, the journey to our hotel however was awful. We sat at the bus depot for 90 minutes before the bus left with some kind of alarm going off in the bus the whole time, we were given no indication of the time the bus would leave so we couldn’t leave and come back, there was a group of drivers standing chatting nearby who were asked when we would leave or if they could turn the alarm off in the vehicle but none would take responsibility. It was a very poor start to the holiday and for this reason I wouldn’t use holiday taxis again”
“Pre-booked Order for a "Private Premium Car" each way for journey in Fuerteventura from Airport to Hotel and return; the " Private Premium Car" was replaced by a Shuttle Bus each time. Not impressed !!!!”
“Not a good experience. Had to walk length of terminal to find out where pick up was - then had to walk back the length to the bus stop. Minibus was loaded then stood waiting for a considerable amount of time whilst driver was on phone. Traffic bad (unavoidable) and last drop off on a very hot bus with no aircon - got a taxi back as experience so bad”
“Op de heenreis bracht de taxichauffeur ons naar het verkeerde adres, hij kon ook geen Engels.
Op de terugreis daagde de eerste taxichauffeur niet op. Na ons telefoontje naar Holiday Taxis kwam een tweede chauffeur na ongeveer een half uurtje. Hierdoor waren we een stuk later dan gepland op de luchthaven.”
“On my return trip, from my hotel in Kaleici to Antalya airport. The driver arrived 40 minutes before the agreed pickup time. I was not ready, so I finished up rushing round and panicking. The journey itself was quick and efficient. Then I was dropped off at the airport at 11.30 am. I could not check in at the check-in desk until 1:15 pm. So, I had to hang around in the arrivals hall for all that time. There is nowhere to sit there, except a handful of wooden chairs outside one of the two little cafes there. Not a pleasant or comfortable experience. Holiday taxis and the companies they use should be aware that it is necessary to check in at the desk at Antalya airport, and that it is not possible to do so until 2 hours before the flight departs!”
“On outward journey,the driver was thirty minutes late and no apology or explanation given,arriving at our destination we were dropped off nearby the hotel without knowing where it was.I appreciate the roads were cobbled and narrow but you could still pull up outside the hotel as our driver on collection to leave did”
