Waited for about an hour. Then it took 3 more hours. Said 2 hours when I booked. Double is a joke If more than 1 of you book a private transfer for pity?s sake

It was not told clear where the pick up point was, it was different than last time, on the way back, i saw the bus and the driver saw me butt i was not on the right spot so he drove on so i missed it.

Got dropped off at wrong hotel, told driver that it wasnt my hotel, he didnt listen! Even with receipt clearly displaying the hotel name! He didnt care! Suitcase removed from bus and told to go!

The first driver was erratic and made us feel unsafe. The second driver had no idea where he was going and actually contacted us so we could provide the full address of our hotel. We were staying in one of the most well known hotels in the city and surely his office should have provided this information. Also we phoned to change the time of the pick up but this didn?t get passed on to the driver.

I phoned to arrange the return and was given the pickup time and point. We waited at the point for the bus to drive past and not stop! I called them to be told we had to move to another hotel to get picked up asap, so we climbed the hill in midday sun to get the same bus that had driven past us previously! Eventually we got on the bus however the air conditioning wasn't working and the bus was absolutely boiling. Very poor experience, I doubt we will be using again.

The driver on the way there was just plain rude had me waiting 45 minutes while he sat smoking and let other people on when I tried to show him my confirmation he told me to stop talking then goes on the phone to ignore me until he properly checks his phone to see who?s meant to be on and finally lets me on then the driving swerving in and out of traffic on a busy dual carriage way then missing the junction and swerving on the hatches lines to make it he had nearly crashed because he was on his phone while driving and didn?t look right at the t-junction but maybe that was just my luck because the way back to the airport was brilliant picked me up on time drove carefully and wasn?t rude

They forgot to pick me up on my return journey. The hotel had to phone and after a while on the phone, they managed to get a coach to pick me up over 30 mins late. It meant I had a very short time in the business lounge that I had paid for.

The driver on the journey from Naples Airport to the destination dumped us in the wrong square and could not wait to get away. He waved vaguely at a couple of streets. We had to ring the apartment and someone had to come and find us. We had already given him a ?10 tip which we regret. On the return pick up we spoke to the taxi firm and agreed to meet at a certain location. On the day no sign. We rang the taxi firm - closed, we rang HT - closed. Eventually we found the vehicle on the opposite side of the square.Altogether not impressive. 2 stars might be too generous

The coach on arrival all the seats were broken you could not sit upright in any the side arms would not come up and not enough room for the 1 bag each people had behind the back seats

Our driver was 20 minutes late to pick us up on arrival and our return driver forgot to bring the baby car seat which we had ordered!

Our flight was 20 minutes late leaving and we rang prior to getting on our flight to let them know and was told there would be no problem unless it was 3hrs late. when we got their they told us our car broke down or ther was a problem because of our delayed flight which was only 20mins and gave us a piece of paper to give to the taxi driver and we wouldn't have to pay which was great... but then we got out there was a huge que that we had to wait in which delayed us further and we wanted to avoid this which is why we paid for a private car. We also weren't the only people who had been giving the same piece of paper so it wasn't just our car that wasn't there. Then when we got to our turn 3 or 4 taxis turned us away because we weren't paying cash so more delays eventually someone took us but we were another hour delayed leaving then planned and the taxi was 15 euro cheaper so we could of saved ourselves money probably got a taxi faster if we didn't have to que with our reservation before going out to the rank

Not the best experience gave the driver the wrong hotel name nearly ended up in aiya napa instead of protaras just as well we?d been before Then on the way home sent driver to same wrong hotel to pick us up Even though on my voucher it clearly says the right hotel

Routine drama of Lindos pickups! We have used the Holiday Taxis private transfer between Rhodes airport and Lindos more times than I can remember over the last few years. But every time we have to persuade the Transfers 4 All (who operate the service there) driver that he CAN drop us off directly outside the apartment. They all want to drop you off at a shack on the top of the hill called "Lindos Reception" and leave you to make your own way down the hill with your bags. Now there are many places to stay in Lindos where dropping off there or in the square are the only options. Where we stay, in St Paul's Bay, isn't one of them. We can be dropped right outside the place. But where the real trouble starts is on the return transfer. Lugging bags up the hill to "Lindos Reception" is unattractive when you are hoping to arrive at the airport cool, calm and collected. Despite every effort to specify where we want to be picked up it always ends up with panicky phone calls to find out where they are, and that's the last thing you want with a flight to catch. A few days before coming back this time I spent a good half hour on a web chat with a Holiday Taxis representative. She did her best to sort it, and contacted T4A while I was on the chat. The booking was amended to clarify exactly where the pick up point was, but as previously, the driver went somewhere else, and we were then called to find out why we weren't there. It got resolved - it always does - but why T4A can't just do as they are asked is a mystery to me and my wife. It just adds stress you don't need at the end of the holiday, and we don't think we can keep doing this. Sadly for our next trip there we will be looking at other options.

In short we had poor standards of service for excessive fees. ?60 paid for a return, actual Taxi charge 1 way ?12. Ordered a private car transfer from Fuerteventura airport to a Hotel in Caleta de Fuste, normally private transfers have a driver waiting with a card and your name on it to show you to your car and get on the way, returning same idea driver has a card in the hotel lobby, or waits at the desk for you to turn up and check out. Instructions were to go to a desk at arrivals and give details, waiting at the desk for about 5 mins before someone even turned up, she then told us to wait and she would be back, about another 5 mons later she returns gives us a voucher and says to go outside and get any taxi and give them the voucher. Had to queue up again outside for a taxi, we then had a standard 10 min taxi ride to the hotel. Taxi fare on the meter with extras was 13.75 euros, so roughly ?12. Return was 2 of us on a 19 seat bus, so loads of room but not the comfort of a car. I have only given a 2nd star because the bus on the way back was exactly on time.

Had to make a number of phone calls to find out when our driver was arriving the day before departure was given a time which was way too early. Driver arrived on time but only had one other passenger to collect so arrived at airport 2 hours before check in opened. Also despite telling driver we were at the wrong level he insisted this was where we needed to be and as suspected we had to travel with outages down two floors to check in

Company was well organised and easy to find upon arrival in the airport. The driving style of the taxi driver however was horrendous. Constantly speeding, overtaking cars that were doing the speed limit or slightly more. He was doing 160kph in a 100kph limit, this happened more than once. We did a 60-75 minute trip in around 45 minutes. I will not use the company again in Fuertventura for this reason and this reason only.

My initial problems started when I had to change my villa booking. There was then a typo and it took several emails for the address to be amended on our airport pickup booking but not on the villa pickup for our return. This then had to be sorted by a lengthy phone call when I was assured all was in order. Our pick up at the airport went very smoothly and our driver was very courteous and helpful. 5 stars go to him. On our return a week later the driver failed to show up which at 7am in the morning to catch our flight was very stressful. Calls to the UK not available after I was cut off by the Spanish number twice as they couldn't/wouldn't help.I finally managed to use another number and the operative there got through to our driver who had apparently gone to a wrong address. When it did arrive 40 minutes late it was not of the standard that our first transport was. It was concerning when an engine warning sign came on! I am now questioning whether to use your company again which is sad.
