“Had a short wait for the transfer. Staff at the airport desk weren't very professional (scruffy and had a child at the desk with them). The transfer itself turned out to just be a taxi which we could have just got ourselves outside the airport terminal.”

“I have used you before and had really good service hence why I booked again. The transfer from Corfu to Gouvia was fine. However coming back was slightly different. We were told where to go for our pick up from Gouvia to Corfu airport. We arrived at 10.15 am for the 10.30 am pick up and were in the place instructed to go to. The pick up arrived at 11.10. I had to call Lord Travel twice and whilst they were very helpful there was no contact from them to me. There was apparenty a hold up along the way but surely Lord Travel could have phoned or texted me to let me know what was happening. The first time I called them at 10.45 the driver was 10 minutes away, the second time I called them at 11.00 the driver was 10 mins away and he did then turn up. We didint know whether to give up and get a cab or hold on. We were aware of our check in time of 11.30 getting nearer. So a definite lack of communication.”
“Very good quick service on arrival . Coach had a mechanical issue on return transfer but replacement arrived within 15 mins and we swapped over in quick time , drivers were very professional in the way they dealt with this wee hicup .Will be using same service in the near future .”
“Our flight was well over an hour late so, according to Holiday Taxi's t & c's, we were not expecting our driver to be waiting outside - but he was! And so courteous and thoughtful (he came with us to check in at our hotel in case there were any issues). Oh, and the car was very comfortable, too. Well done Holiday Taxis!”
