“Not great service! We arrived at the airport and had no transfer. Luckily the 2nd party transfer agent MTS managed to get us a 7 seater after about 1hour. We had 2 children and a infant with us so could have been a lot worse. Emailed HolidayTaxis customer service but still waiting on a reply. Had to pay again so waiting for my refund for the transfer I pre paid for. Could not get through on the phone which I thought was bad as it could of been a big issue for us.”
“Initially we were disappointed at the fact the driver left when our bags were delayed. Travelling with 3 children including a baby and landing at 10pm, it was disheartening to learn he left. At the very least I would?ve expected him to call us. Nevertheless he returned albeit at an extra cost to us though. The car was immaculate and he was a nice man.”
“Arrived in Fuerteventura and went straight to the desk as stated, the lady gave me my bus location and went from there. Collection was fab has the mini bus to myself arrived on time and got me to the airport in plenty of time. Would definitely use this company again for my next trip :)”
“The taxi did not turn up at Funchal Airport Madeira' After waiting I got a taxi to my hotel. 20. euro After numerous attempts to ring the hire company in Funchal to inform them of my flight time changes coming home,with NO response I gave up and hired another taxi company for my return journey to the airport to come home. Total cost 40 euro extra”
“Had pick-up scheduled for 6th July @ 4.40am (Paid for). Timing was confirmed by company and myself, driver arrived 4.20am while we were making our way downstairs he decided to leave. I've contacted customer service and only to be told that we had to take local taxi which would cost us 100EURO. In this matter we had no choice but to take taxi to the airport as we can't afford to miss the flight. It was unnecessary stress for us! This could have been avoided if driver could have just wait and stick to 4.40am scheduled as agreed.”

“Holiday transfer I waited 45 minutes before I had to call local office to check on transfer saud maybe hour wait and get a taxi and get a receipt to get money back but still havn,t heard anything back about receipt money back for taxi and no email address for the Spanish company so I do it through you but still havn,t got a replief”
