“On arrival at Budapest airport the taxi took approx 30 minutes to arrive. The driver and his taxi smelt of cannabis he openly admitted he smoked it and did not care what we thought . Not what is expected from such a previously professional company.”

“On arrival at our destination only one taxi was waiting for the party of 12 (should have been 2 mini buses) I was told by the second taxi driver who's name and mobile number I was given via text told me that his taxi had been cancelled earlier in the afternoon but could not tell me who by. Three days later and ten minutes before the pick up time I was given and a driver rang me, told me that he had been in a accident and could not do the pick up and did not know if their was a replacement, could not contact the local provider so had to call for and pay for two mini buses. On both occasions I tried ringing both the local supplier and the emergency number in England, both went to answer phone. Won't be using Holiday taxis again!!”
“They didn't arrive to pick me up!! I was waiting for them at my hotel and after 30 mins they still hadn't arrived so I contacted them. They told me that they did come to collect me but I wasn't there and they tried to call me. If they had actually come to my hotel they would have seen me waiting, and I did not receive any call from them!! I then had to get on an ADO bus which cost me more money and I got to the airport a few minutes before TUI closed the check-in desk. They have refused to refund me or compensate me for having to spend more money on a bus ticket. I would not use Holiday Taxis ever again as they let you down and cause more stress!”

“Airport Car communication was not good name not on board or anything so we wondered round the airport downstairs upstairs and I went back to the same woman and asked her then she found our name She had forgot to put it on the board”
