“I am disappointed with the service. With my first course, the driver was on a time and took us straight away to the hotel. However, I booked the return to the airport at 2 p.m, but the taxi had been sent at 11:20 a.m. I have spoken with the company, that we are losing the dinner at the hotel, and we still have half our day which we should spend by the pool. We had to spend 5h at the airport before flying- the hotel was 20 minutes from the airport, so what was the point of going there so early- especially since I had 4 years old children with me? Customer service stated they have got other customers waiting for a taxi and they are available to pick me up at 11:20! I had a beautiful holiday, but I feel robbed on my last day. I never had a situation where I am ordering a taxi at a specific hour, and I feel forced to use the service 3h before my planned time. Not recommended.”
“I was happy, with going out, but the pick up on return, was not satisfactory, as the email for pick up time was undeliverable, so had to get someone to make a phone call, and had to ask three people, to get someone to call, this also happened in may.”
“Terrible company, took my money, I provided evidence that I had booked/paid but they cancelled my bookings regardless. When I called to discuss, I was laughed at and they sat in silence sniggering down the line. Was sent an email on day of transfer to say I was a no show (despite them cancelling my booking), and to be asked to provide a review for a company who refused to provide a service that I paid for, what a joke! I will never use company again, so do yourself a favour and try shuttledirect, quicker transfer for pennies more and a whole lot more accommodating!”

“The time from airport to hotel was 75 minutes which was considered acceptable as I was told it would take approx 80 mins The time from hotel to airport was 140 mins which I thought was totaly unacceptable as it amounted to a 110 minute detour as the direct time is 60 mins approx”
“The service was simply outstanding - punctual, comfortable, and made all the more pleasant by driver Ardi who was cracking jokes all the way to the airport. Such a lovely, kind man - he even stopped off to buy the whole of the group ice-creams! Really, really pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.”
