“On being picked up the driver was walking round with my name on his phone, it says they will be wearing a bright colour with a big sign it was very difficult to find him and it took us a while, they should definitely be using a big clear sign with names on! Also just a note to say instead of whatsapping they should send an sms text as I didn?t have data/wifi so I didn?t receive the whatsapp message stating where he was .. again delaying our finding him. The driver we had was very nice however once we found him. On the way home our driver was very rude to myself and my family and was throwing our bags around.”

“Having used Holiday Taxis before we knew that the service and value was good. This time however, our outbound flight was delayed, but still when we landed there was the bus, waiting to take us to our destination. Great service.”
“Had a good experience with Holiday Taxis. They were punctual and we had very smooth journeys to and from the airport. It worked out to be 10 euro each way more expensive than what a taxi at the airport would charge but for peace of mind and having this pre booked, I think it was worth it. The only reason I haven?t given this 5 stars is because I had to amend the address on the booking as it was private accommodation and could not be selected from the drop down menu of addresses. The customer service team were excellent and promptly confirmed the amendments. One of the taxi?s did not get this updated information though. It didn?t cause any problems or delays but it was a bit of an issue trying to communicate with the driver when we don?t speak the language. I would use this service again especially if staying in a hotel.”
“When we arrived at Alicante airport the desk for our vehicle was easy to find the vehicle was of a very good standard and just outside the terminal. Our driver was polite professional and made our journey comfortable avoiding bad traffic that he had foresee on his navigation device. Would recommend to others without hesitation.”
“Great service! On the way to our destination from Marco Polo airport (VCE) we were supposed to be picked up by our cab driver and be driven to our destination. When we arrived at Marco Polo airport the cab driver was already there holding a sign with our names on it. He said there was a traffic jam to our destination so if we wanted to eat something or needed to go to the restroom we could do that so that we don't have to wait in traffic! That was very nice as we were quite hungry. The ride to our destination was very comfortable too. The ride back to the airport a week later was pretty much the same, very comfortable. We were called a day before we were leaving if we maybe wanted to have the cab driver waiting a bit earlier so we could leave earlier because of a possible traffic jam. Great that they called for that altough we didn't make use of that. All in all great service!”

Returen fra Campo til Alicante(02.08.) med en ny sj?f?r var en meget vellykket tur selv om vi bare var 2 i en stor bil. Han brukte dessuten kortere tid enn den f?rste. Han fikk tips som fortjent, resten av v?re kontanter.”
“Amazing service. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours but when we did land I just called up and they were there straight away. Fab driver who gave us advice on restaurants etc for our holiday!! Would definitely use again.”
“Really great service / easy to use. Only negative was coach broke down on way to hotel and the driver didn?t communicate what was going on for 1.5 hrs, a replacement coach turned up. But otherwise great.”
“The taxi booth was easy to find at the airport, unfortunately we had to wait 50 mins for shuttle bus as you share with others who had yet to arrive/pick up bags. 9 seater bus (8 plus driver), which was full, air conditioned so not too hot but had to sit at the very back. Journey time took 90 mins (as advertised), but only dropped at a nearby hotel which was 10 mins walk from the apartment. So total journey 2hrs 30mins (50 min wait, 90 min journey, 10 min walk). We booked a direct taxi for other members of our family that cost 33eur more (75 vs 42), that took 60 mins, in hindsight we should have just done that but if you're on a tight budget then it might be worthwhile, although it might be better to take a bus if that's the case.
