“Our flight was delayed slightly but well within the hour waiting time - our instructions were to go to the ?ride sharing area? at Gold Coast airport which was outside the terminal and away from the regular taxis etc. there was nobody there and we were stranded with a trolley full of luggage in a ?set down? area- tried to phone the numbers but having UK phones and without instructions failed - eventually rescued by an Uber but not the start we?d hoped for on our Australian trip of a lifetime. We?ve used holiday taxis for many years in Europe with 100% success but this was appalling. I?ll be attempting to get a refund of our ?75 when we get home!”

“I cannot fault the service from this company. I was on the 59 bus from tenerife airport to my resort. When I arrived I realised I had left my rucksack on the bus. The driver returned my bag to the airport office. I got it back 2 days later with all the contents in place. What an honest and reliable company.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the service from HolidayTaxis. We were expecting a taxi/ bus waiting for us at Malaga airport just before midnight but the plane was delayed by 2 hours, it was not waiting, they had the flight number. I rang the emergency number and they said it had gone get another one and claim it back. 2am, 2 women on their own feeling vulnerable. The taxi we got was ?80 which I had to get from a cashpoint half way back. The driver had little English and not able to give a receipt. I emailed HolidayTaxis on my return 3 days later, 4th Oct but I have had no reply. Disgusting service”
“Excellent service, shared a minibus with 10 people and delivered in turn to our hotels. A rep rang me when I got off the plane at 11pm to guide me to the meeting point. All were friendly and cheerful.”
“I was travelling solo. The office in the airport was super easy to find, being just opposite the arrivals doors. The staff were all communicative, kind and friendly, and the transfer from airport to Arillas was perfect. My flight had arrived half an hour late, and we had to wait for the mini van for about 40 minutes for more passengers to arrive, but all in all a very good experience. Great driver!”
“When I arrived in Lloret de Mar de bus stopped not on the front of hotel Guitart. I had assistance on the airports. I tried to tell the (very good) driver that. He did not understand me. He said it was only 5 min.to the hotel. The streets of Lloret are not really strait. So, I tried to go. When the driver saw me struggeling with my big suitecase, he came after me and brought the suitecase to the hotel. That was very nice.”

“The pickup time given was 07.50 for OUTSIDE a hotel. At 08.10 I called the travel company, who said they had scheduled a time of 08.30 for my pickup. At 08.45 the driver appeared from the hotel and finally picked me up. Again, Holiday Taxis do not cater for people not staying in a hotel and drivers do not understand OUTSIDE”
“A very slick and reliable service. I waited only a short time at Paphos airport for my transfer to limassol. The journey was very quick and I was dropped off at my destination hotel. The pick up was equally good on my return.”
“Holiday taxis were brilliant, I easily booked online a few days before my flight to Dalaman. I booked a shuttle so had a bit of a wait but I knew that was likely to happen so it wasn?t a problem. The return transfer was early in the morning and the driver even stopped to get me something to eat from a bakery on the way. Great service and communication and really well priced.”
“On being picked up the driver was walking round with my name on his phone, it says they will be wearing a bright colour with a big sign it was very difficult to find him and it took us a while, they should definitely be using a big clear sign with names on! Also just a note to say instead of whatsapping they should send an sms text as I didn?t have data/wifi so I didn?t receive the whatsapp message stating where he was .. again delaying our finding him. The driver we had was very nice however once we found him. On the way home our driver was very rude to myself and my family and was throwing our bags around.”
