“Een heel vervelende ervaring op de transfer terugreis. De taxi zou ons om 7:05 ophalen bij het Almar Hotel in Albufeira. Wij stonden al een kwartier voor die tijd klaar met de koffer. Voor de ingang. Toen de taxi er om 7:20u nog niet was heb ik gebeld met het noodnummer. Daar hoorde ik dat de taxichauffeur aangaf er geweest te zijn maar ons niet aantrof. Dat klopt in het geheel niet wat ook door de receptie van het hotel kan worden bevestigd. De dame van Holliday Taxis gaf aan dat we zelf maar vervoer moesten regelen waardoor wij op het nipperste nog onze vlucht konden halen. Wij hebben u al betaald voor de rit en hebben ook extra taxikosten gemaakt graag horen wij hoe we die bij u kunnen claimen.”

The inbound transfer there were a lot of pickups and I only arrived at Gran Canaria airport at 9:40 am and my gate was due to close 10:35 am. This left me very stressed as I had to checkin a large suitcase and the lines for Ryanair bag drop was so slow. In future I will take a taxi for my inbound flight to the airport.”
