“Our pick up shared shuttle involved a wait of over their maximum advertised one hour. Our return to the airport was a disaster. We were at our stop as requested 15 minutes early. Five minutes after communicated pick up time a plain white coach with no number or branding pulled up just down the road, 50m beyond the bus stop. Nobody got out, they had driven past us and we assumed it was not for us. The driver would clearly have seen us waiting at the bus stop. The bus paused for 20 seconds and then pulled off. That must have been our bus as another one did not turn up. When I rang the company to say what had happened they said there was nothing they could do and that we would just have to get a taxi. Half an hour later that’s exactly what we had to do, at a cost of 85E!! So very unhappy with the service we received. In addition I was travelling with a child and the company knew this. Very unhappy and I would like a full refund please.”
“Zowel de heen als terugreis verliep probleemloos keurig optijd in Monte Gordo en terug keurig optijd op Faro airport.
En de chauffeurs waren correct ik heb dit ook laten weten aan pelikanen taxis”
“My driver artur marra was the kindest and nicest person. I would really recommend him. When I'm coming to Kos again, I would definitely hire him again.”
“Driver waiting for us clean car fast
transfer The only downside was the driver had terrible BO and on the confined space of the car the smell was overwhelming”
“Excellent service. Pick ups on time with a friendly driver who ensured we had a comfortable transfer both ways. Excellent communication from Holiday Taxis with us regarding pick up times etc.”
“Transfer vom Flughafen Tunis nach Hammamet/Nabeul und zurück.
Es hat alles super funktioniert. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Bei der Ankunft in Tunis stand jedoch niemand mit einem Schild (wie angekündigt) dort. Nach kurzem Suchen wurde der Schalter gefunden. Dann lief alles reibungslos.”
“Fantastic and very reliable service. Both pick up from the airport in Tessaloniki and later pick-up at hotel for our return flight was on time and spot on. Very friendly staff and new and comfortable vehicles. And super friendly prices. Highest rate is very much earned, and I highly recommend using Holiday Taxis.”
