“Je n'ai jamais eu de soucis pour les transferts mais cette fois ci, le jour d'arrivée, le 3 novembre, nous avons attendu plus de 2h avant de quitter l'aéroport. Je trouve que c'est beaucoup trop long surtout que vous dites 1h max d'attente. J'espère que cela n'arrivera plus sinon je me tournerai vers d'autres transferts.”

“didnt have long to wait at the airport for my journey to Benidorm thanks to the staff at the desk. On my trip to the airport the bus picked up 15 mins before stated pickup time which was great as I wasnt hanging about waiting”
“Always use the private car as solo traveller.my return trip was perfect. Driver was a good driver and stayed at a reasonable speed as some can be reckless.
Helped me off loading cases at airport and helping me into airport terminal. Normally just leave me at side of road.
On arrival at Dalaman airport I had to wait around 30 minutes for my car and driver arriving. The girl at the kiosk trying to say I had entered wrong details but I looked at her screen and could see it was correct. I pay for private car so I don't need to hang around waiting. So wasn't happy on arrival”
“Easy to book. Great communication at time of ordering and pickup. Our first trip driver was Chinese and spoke little or no English, but excellently communicated through WhatsApp in English and with photos ( himself and vehicle) Excellent service.
Our second ride a few day's later was on time for pickup and again Chinese with little or no English. Difficult to communicate that we needed two drop off points at airport and he got very cross during the journey. All ended OK though and the two drop offs were eventually achieved.
Overall I was very happy with Holiday Taxis.”
“Punctual, reliable & good value.
I did want to book return taxi on a Saturday for following Sunday flight (no immediate hurry for flight) as staying in hotel near airport Saturday night (Faro). I couldn't see a way of doing this. I did use 'Tailor made' but it was way too expensive”
“Driver was a little late but that was due to a no show customer; Transfer was planned early so in the end it was no problem. Driver was very nice, respectful, great conversationalist which tends to he a 50/50 withe transfers I’ve had. Van was also clean.
