“Never had any issues with transfers via holiday taxis. Booked transfers from bodrum to kusadasi return trip and I couldn't fault it. Drivers were great and vehicles were clean and spacious. Price is very competitive infact cheaper than any other suppliers. Excellent service from holiday taxis as I had to make several changes due to changes in the flight schedule. No fuss and great service”

“Very easy booking process for a transfer from the airport to the hotel and back again. Our flight was delayed arriving but it was no issue. We were greeted in arrivals, very easy to find the staff and were led to the bus. The guide on the bus gave us loads of info about the area and were so nice speaking to us. On our return we got an email to say our flight details couldn't be found so we contacted them and they amended the details without issue. We got a phonecall about 24hrs before letting us know where and when we would be picked up. Absolutely fantastic service from the get go. Would absolutely recommend and use again.”
“Used Holiday Taxis for pick up from airport and also return to airport from accommodation. On the night of arrival, our driver was over half an hour late but our bags took longer than expected anyway so didn?t think much of it at the time. On the day of our departure we were due to be picked up at our accommodation at 19.35 for our flight that was due to depart at 22.00. I thought that this was leaving it a little tight but only a 25 minute drive to the airport and figured so long as the driver was on time, we would be ok. We were also asked to be outside the accommodation 10/15 minutes early to ensure we did not miss the driver. We were packed up, ready to go and waiting outside the hotel at 19.15. At 19.35, there was no sign of the driver and I called the company to ask for an update. I was advised to give the driver 10 minutes incase of traffic delays and if still no sign to call back. At 19.45, with still no sign of the driver and anxiety starting to creep in, I called the number again. It took about 5 minutes to be put through to an operator who then proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes. During this time, I asked my partner to go into the hotel reception and ring a taxi as time was creeping on. When the operator got back to the call at around 20.00 after having me on hold for 10 minutes, she advised me that the driver was not answering her call and they had no other availability and her advice to me was to seek another form of transport as there was nothing they could do. At this time my partner came out to say that the hotel were doing their best but could not get any confirmed taxi booking as it was Saturday evening in Palma Nova and they were all busy. At this point, I rang the operator at Holiday Taxis back and advised that it was now 8.05, no sign of the driver and we were unable to book a taxi. The operator basically said it wasn?t her problem, all of their drivers were busy and we could get a refund for the ?50.00 already spent on the Holiday Taxi Transfer. She said it was ?highly unusual? that there were no taxis available. At this stage, we knew that if we didn?t leave right that second, we would miss our flight. I rang again and in tears asked her if there was anything they could do for us as there was now a very real possibility we were going to miss our flight. She just kept repeating again and again to get the hotel to book us a taxi and would not accept that there weren?t any available. I asked to be transferred to someone else to speak to about it and again was put on hold. During the second period of hold, a taxi pulled up outside the hotel who was doing a drop off from the airport, my partner ran to the taxi and begged him to take us to the airport. The taxi man said he had other bookings but could sense the desperation and the state that I was in, took pity on us and got us to the airport with only minutes to spare before our gate closed. I had hung up on the phonecall while putting our luggage into the taxi and have yet to have a call back, an apology or even an acknowledgement of what happened. Completely disgusted at this company for their lack of competence in arranging a simple transfer and the lack of compassion or understanding when you have an issue. Do not book, it is actually cheaper and far handier to just arrange a taxi yourself in the town.”

“On arrival unfortunately our flight was delayed 2 hours and then we missed our slot for our taxi. We then had to wait 1-2 hours for another available taxi to take us to our hotel. Staff wouldn?t listen to myself being a women. It took 2 men in our group to get Information from one of your staff. We felt we had to keep asking for a update and standing in the heat for that amount of time after a long flight wasn?t pleasent. Lack of communication was felt. On our return pickup I couldn?t fault our experience. Our driver was prompt with timings and polite and helpful.”
