“Awful experience left to wait in the airport for over a hour with my 5 year old constantly lied to being told just 5 more minutes then as finally about to go the lady at the desk stopped our driver and told him to take someone else!! Paid for extras that we didn?t get and after complaining when home now being ignored AVOID AVOID AVOID”
“Fantastic service! I did have to wait an hour (this was communicated very clearly to me in an email though) but it saved me a very expensive taxi alone or taking all of my luggage on a train and then a bus. It also saves some of your carbon footprint as you share the journey with others. The driver was lovely and the car was super clean.”

“Perfect to get to eurodisney. Greeted in arrivals Hall just a short walk to the parking area. Smart clean 7 seater took us from airport to Newport Bay Hotel in just over 30 mins. The driver was friendly and drove safely. Loaded and uploaded the luggage for us. Return journey was also smooth due to main route being closed we went through local villages was nice to see the different areas.”

“My original flight was cancelled, I contacted the customer service team as soon as possible to inform them and gave them my new flight number. The agent assured me they would contact the service provider in country. When my flight landed the service provider refused to honour my booking and I had to pay 100 pounds for a taxi to get to my accommodation on top of what I had already paid to Holidaytaxis. Very disappointed in the service I received, would not book again.”
“We couldn?t fault the service in terms of efficiency, both ways the driver was on time. However both drivers paid little attention to the road as both used their mobile phones whilst driving. The first one was making calls and sending text messages and was all over the road. The second one exceeded the speed limit pretty much the whole way. At one point he was chatting away on his mobile and pulled out onto a roundabout and wasn?t looking as a car was already on there so he had to slam his brakes on. Both journeys were not relaxing at all, we did all fear an accident was going to happen.”
“I had a prompt service on arrival as there was only me going to my destination so no waiting around. On departure I was first to be collected so again prompt. There was a lot of long periods of waiting around at every other pick up point which was ok for me as I had plenty of time but some passengers were anxious about being on time for their flights. All in all very good value for money, to make it easier on arrival it would be helpful if there was a sign or a guid to help you find the desk.”

“I was a bit nervous about booking with Holiday Taxis because I only came across the company by chance online and it was my first trip as an adult to Canada but the transfer service to and from the airport in Toronto was the least stressful part of my trip. The drivers were professional, punctual and I didn't even have to call to confirm pick up (I was worried I may have been stood up since I booked the service probably 7 weeks prior) to meet my early morning international departure flight...But the driver called me at 4 a.m to indicate he was on the way , when I didn't answer the call they texted and gave updates on his location.On arrival the driver met us right outside hotel reception and helped with luggage. Vehicles were very clean and comfortable. I can find no fault with the service.Would definitely recommend 10/10.”
