He was there for us when we got of the plane and apologised for been a few mins late for picking us up which was no bother at all . He spoke and answered any questions we asked in a very professional manner . I Carol was an assisted client who he handled 100 percent to making sure that we got to the right place and organised with airport staff that everything was ok . We would recommend that you share this with this driver as he goes above and beyond to making sure his clients are happy . We would have no problems travelling with you again . “The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the driver of the coach on the journey from hania to my hotel. I approached the coach to register with him with a coffee and sandwich in my hand, and without me going anywhere near the coach he went off on a rant saying no sandwich, no coffee on coach and then saying its not a restaurant and various other things in greek , I said no problem I will eat it before I get on , which since the coach didn't actually leave for another 40 minutes was no issue. He then continued to winge and whine about no eating on the coach.i then observed him greeting other passengers by just shouting 'hotel' , 'hotel' , 'what hotel' at them. His manner was quite aggressive and rude, very poor customer service.”
“When we arrived the driver wasn't there, we proceded to Exit number 10 as specified on our document. Two phone calls later we were told driver was on the way. After waiting and waiting the driver appears and tells us he was waiting at exits 6 and seven!!...this isn't even listed on the paperwork! You need better communication of pick up between driver and clients. Return trip to airport was no issue.”
