“The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the driver of the coach on the journey from hania to my hotel. I approached the coach to register with him with a coffee and sandwich in my hand, and without me going anywhere near the coach he went off on a rant saying no sandwich, no coffee on coach and then saying its not a restaurant and various other things in greek , I said no problem I will eat it before I get on , which since the coach didn't actually leave for another 40 minutes was no issue. He then continued to winge and whine about no eating on the coach.i then observed him greeting other passengers by just shouting 'hotel' , 'hotel' , 'what hotel' at them. His manner was quite aggressive and rude, very poor customer service.”
“When we arrived the driver wasn't there, we proceded to Exit number 10 as specified on our document. Two phone calls later we were told driver was on the way. After waiting and waiting the driver appears and tells us he was waiting at exits 6 and seven!!...this isn't even listed on the paperwork! You need better communication of pick up between driver and clients. Return trip to airport was no issue.”
“Absolutely no problems with the transfer. The transfer was there 15 mins early on our return but told us he was happy to wait if we needed that time. Didn?t feel pressured at all. Super easy & all the information sent by holiday taxis was simple to understand.”
“The service I received was ok. I?m just a. Very punctual person. If the pick up is for 9:30, I would like the driver there at 9:30 or a few minutes prior. Both times I had to wait about 10 minutes or so. Also, there needs to be a 24 hour customer service line available to customers. Airport transfers are very important and missing flights can be costly.”
“A positive experience from start to finish. The quote was competitive and easy to request on-line. Our out-bound flight was delayed by an hr. However, our driver was patiently waiting at arrivals as expected. The car was spacious, with air con. The driver pleasant and provided us with bottled water. We had no issues at all. Our return journey, again was on time. In fact he was a bit early. The driver was pleasant and chatty and stopped on roughte to buy us all an ice lolly each. We arrived at the airport in good time and had no issues. I could not fault the service at all.”
“Despite having paid in advance and as requested, given the time of our flight arrival, there was no taxi available when we cleared arrivals and went to the taxi desk as instructed. The desk personnel appeared chaotic and unwilling to help with several customers trying to get their booked taxis but being ignored by the staff. I had to stand right in front of the desk and point to my name on one of their booking lists on the desk in order for them to attend to my booking. Their excuse for no taxis being available was because of the local traffic and all the drivers were in traffic jams. A very poor excuse to cover the chaotic nature of their operation. If a customer is paying a not small amount for the advertised service and also gives their arrival time as requested by the company, it would be reasonable to expect the company to deliver their service as advertised and also to be aware of local traffic conditions, especially on a small island like Santorini.”
“Booking online is simple BUT we were let down on transfer. A driver who had no idea where beach of the seven drops were. Having to stop on many occasions to find places on Google maps. A transfer that on average over the years had taken about 1 hour 20 mins, took well over two hours!”
