“A lot better than sat on a coach waiting for other passengers arriving. Met at the airport and taken straight to the hotel, driver was very knowledgeable about the local area and what to see. On the way back the driver was earlier than expected which was good and got us to the airport in plenty of time unlike jet2 coach at benidorm”
“With the outgoing flight from LHR, we were delayed at immigration at SIN airport because their machines could not read our passports. We had to wait about 20 minutes at the immigration staff counter before being allowed to proceed. When we entered the arrivals hall we could not find your driver. We had to ask the airport enquiries desk staff to ring your local operator. The driver arrived after a short while and claimed he had waited for us! For the second journey, when we disembarked from our cruise ship at Marina Bay Cruise Terminal, we had difficulty finding your local representative. This was because of 2 reasons. The first is that the arrivals hall at the cruise terminal is at level 1 and the private taxis pick up point is at level 2, so your representative has to dash between the two levels. The second reason is that he did not have any identification to show that he was representing Holiday Taxis. He was working from a tablet device which presumably contained a document showing the details of the arriving passengers that had booked a taxi with you. This meant that when he was at level 1 he was not easy to find. Please treat these comments as constructive feedback and not complaints. The actual taxi rides and drivers were excellent.”
“Excellent service from telephone booking an adapted transfer, to the journey itself. The return was on time and well driven just an older bus struggled a little to lift the chair and my weight but we are both quite heavy. I had to book privately as the travel agent made several abysmal attempts to make the booking. I don't think they wanted to bother, so in the end I booked it myself, with the same company, at a much lower price which means Lastminute.com were penalising me for being disabled. Shan't be travelling with them again.”

He was there for us when we got of the plane and apologised for been a few mins late for picking us up which was no bother at all . He spoke and answered any questions we asked in a very professional manner . I Carol was an assisted client who he handled 100 percent to making sure that we got to the right place and organised with airport staff that everything was ok .
