“Cannot fault this service at all Yes it takes a while for the coach to leave if you?re waiting for another flight to land and yes there are a few drop offs, but weighing it up with the cost it is fantastic value! The return journey we had was fabulous! A smaller mini bus appeared 15 mins early and it only took just over an hour! Brilliant!!”
“Holiday taxis are great on time pick us up from Turkey airport got us to our hotel and took our bags to the reception first class and so helpful and the return journey on the 31st was the same 5 stars”
“The return taxi from Playa de las Americas never arrived to pick us up, I contact the help line as instructed and was informed that a taxi had been sent and it was our fault as we weren?t there. We were there and the reception staff at the hotel could prove this it just never came. I was told another taxi was on its way for us, when the taxi arrived it went to the hotel next door in error so we walked across to him and he refused to take us even though the paperwork clearly stated our hotel. I was still on the phone with the helpline at this time and he just told me to get a private taxi and pay again and that there was nothing he could do. I was extremely concerned as my flight was leaving in 1 and a half hours, the man I spoke to was extremely rude and put the phone down on me. We had to ring and pay again for another taxi to the airport luckily which arrived straight away as we nearly missed our flight as this process took 1.5hrs. Never again will I use this company the private taxi was only 20 euros and this company charged me 70 euros!”
“When I got to turkey, normally there is someone there with my name on a card, but this time, there was no one, I had to drag my suitcase to the stand and they told me that they didn?t have a car for me but would put me in a taxi, that?s not what I paid for, the taxi driver went through red lights and that made me very uncomfortable.”
“Too long (1 hour) on bus before the bus departed. The driver said he had to wait for everyone, on his list, to arrive but couldn't tell us how long that would take. Also there was an issue with some passengers. A girl came in the bus and said the bus would not be leaving until she finds the people she was looking for!! Absolutely unacceptable attitude. It tuned out to be 2 elderly people who, possibly, couldn't hear/understand the girl!”
“Outward from Alicante airport was fine but the return was a nightmare we were picked up at 07.40 for a 16.05 flight so spent about 7 hours at Alicante airport will think twice about using holiday taxis again”
