“My flight was delayed 4h 20 mins arriving in Alicante at 4am. Myself and approximately 15 other travellers were greeted by a ghost town of an airport and nobody at the desk for our transfer. Was told over the phone to wait another 4 hours until 08:30am for a coach. Ended up spending ?45 on a taxi. No comms or text message to say there?d be no transfer. Poor.”

“Firstly paid ?108 for each journey. Discovered at airport could have just grabbed a cab and cost would have been ?86. Cab was a filthy smelly yellow mini bus Return journey was far too early for flight. Flight at 18.30 they wanted to pick up at 12 15. Taxi arrived 12.50. Stranded at sieport with luggage for 2 1/2 hours unable to go anywhere! Have used holiday taxis all over the world never had a problem before.”

“Transfer times confirmed for departure and transfer to the airport. On the day of departure mini bus did not arrive. Phoned 3 times no answer. On the fourth attempt the phone was answered. I then received a text telling me to get a taxi. Luckily I had assistance from the hotel or I would have missed the plane. I will not use them again”
“Excellent service even though we were delayed 2 hrs landed 12.30am in Ibiza our driver was there I didn't need to ring anyone. The minibus was very clean and driver was very nice, we got the same excellent service on the way back the minibus was 20mins early in Es cana which wasn't a problem for us but he told us not to rush he was happy to wait.”
