“WE booked a taxi from the airport. Flight arrived on time but baggage took over 50 mins to come off. Driver waited patiently and was really friendly and helpful. Booking was easy and a great price”
“The bus never came to pick us up, because of that we missed our flight. We waited more than an hour no one from the company answered us or our hotel who tried to call them several times. We were forced to take a taxi that cost us ?100 to finally miss our plane anyway. This is unacceptable. It's to flee!! I have never seen a service as deplorable as theirs. We ask for a refund of the bus on we had paid wrongly since no one came to pick us up, plus the taxi ride!!”

“Totally shambles yet again!!!! I have used your company 3times and only once have you managed to deliver any sort of service. Once arriving at Malaga airport there was not anybody there holding a board with my name so after looking around outside I returned inside and found a small sign with Holiday taxis on it. Then someone showed me a sign with my name but hiding behind several other signs he was holding. Eventually get into a the taxi and the driver showed me on his sat nav the first part of the address which I confirmed. Having visited the destination several times befor I was slightly confused to be going a completely wrong direction but I just thought maybe it?s a shorter way or the driver knew a different route. Well after an hour in the taxi he stopped and said here you are but I did then state the town I needed to be in and when showing him my confirmation from your company he had taken me to a different town which was in the opposite direction. after he made what seemed some heated phone calls he finally took me to the correct destination. All I want to say is I will not be using this company ever again and I will never recommend it”
“The transfer from the airport to the hotel was faultless, however, we the transfer from the hotel to the airport got us to the airport an hour and a half before we could check in and the driver drove way too fast to the point that it actually scared us.”
“Coming out of Palma airport we boarded the designated bus, a small delay whilst the rest of the passengers boarded. We set off and after two drop offs we arrived at our destination. The same efficient service on the return, the bus arrived five minutes early and dropped us off at the airport passenger entrance. A very reasonable efficient service. Well done”

“HolidayTaxi are great for arranging a transfer somewhere without public transport. I?ve used them a couple of times and been really happy with the service except for one thing: The instruction is to contact them 48 hrs before the end of the holiday to get the details of the return transfer pick up spot, which they arrange with the local driver. Both times I?ve had problems being on hold for ages and eventually had to ask someone local to ring the local company number on the ticket in their own language. It?s always turned out ok and I have been picked up but it?s a hassle. They?d get 5 stars otherwise.”
