“We flew to Berlin. We were told that the driver would be in the terminal with a board. He wasn't. He was late and complained that it was very expensive to park at the airport. We were asked to go outside and wait at the bus stop. Someone else collected us and helped us with our cases and we only discovered at the end of the trip that the driver could hardly walk and my wife ended getting our suitcases out of the vehicle. We paid extra for our taxi and I thought that we would have got a better class of vehicle instead of an opal minibus. All in all not happy with the service at all.”
“Our taxi booking from the airport was a nightmare! Our flight was on time but we had to wait an hour for a taxi. We were told several times by the staff at the desk that the taxi was 5 minutes away but it didn?t materialise. In the end my husband had to go to the taxi control himself and sort it out. They clearly didn?t have anyone to fulfill our booking. Conversely our return journey was fantastic! The driver was early and very pleasant. Overall 3 stars.”
“after changing our drop off and pick up destination prior to going i then had to change it back to the original. I contacted the travel company 48 hours before pick up and explained where i wanted picking up. This was not relayed to the driver who went to our changed pick up. After a few telephone calls it eventually got sorted but didn't need to get that far if the person i had spoke to 48 hours prior had done their job. Otherwise it was a faultless experience and am using you again next weekend”
