“1 star is too much! Used to be a good company, but will never use again. Absolutely non existent customer service, over 30 emails from them telling me to contact them about changes to collection and pickup. Over an hour to get through on the phone, you think the problem had been sorted, only to get more emails the next day! After a couple of days, we gave up trying to reply to them as it was just impossible. Am i being picked up or not - who knows????? Through out the holiday, the daily bombardment of emails continued - at this point we ignored them and just contacted the supplier the day before pickup to the airport. Next shock - we were to be collected 5 hours before our return flight! Most of the airport was closed at that time in the morning, so no idea why we were collected so early. Don't know what's happened to this company, but the stress and uncertainty it caused means we will never be using them again.”
“As a couple with a young baby, never again. Firstly I will say that in terms of reliability, on arrival we found the rep easily and were shown to the awaiting bus. And it got us to our hotel. Prior to booking I had a look at the distance between the airport and hotel - 35 mins - which was part of the reason we chose the resort that we did to minimise travel with a baby especially following a flight. Whilst I was well aware that the shuttle buses stop at various hotels I really wasn't prepared for the tour of Spain that followed and some **3 hours later** we finally stopped at our hotel. As a couple or older family who don't mind the travel i would have tolerated it but trying to entertain a baby for that long with the addition of no safety measures for him and no aircon on top was horrendous. A private taxi cost more but we ended up cancelling the return shuttle and paying for that instead for a comfy direct trip to the airport.”
“On arrival at the airport I was not told that we had to wait an hour in the carpark waiting for another flight to arrive We have used Holiday Taxis many times and never had this experience The return journey back to the airport was exelant On time as advised”
“Long wait on arrival at airport. Booking conditions say you may wait up to 1 hour but it was almost an hour and 3/4 before we left as we had to wait over an hour for the coach to come then more waiting for more flights to come in. Return from hotel to airport was prompt.”
