“Busfahrer hat nicht am Haupteingang gewartet und ist einfach gefahren ohne telefonisch oder an der Rezeption Kontakt aufzunehmen. Wir waren pünktlich am Haupteingang und haben gewartet. 15 Minuten haben wir gewartet bis wir telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen haben mit ihrem Unternehmen. Am Telefon wurde mir gesagt ich solle in 5 Minuten nochmal anrufen, falls der Bus nicht kommt. Nach 5 Minuten rufte ich erneut an, dort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Bus weg ist und ich ein Taxi nehmen solle, man könne nichts mehr machen. Also haben wir den Transfer zum Flughafen bezahlt aber nicht erhalten + durften auch noch für das Taxi bezahlen.”
“Easy to book and easy to make necessary changes to. The company in Budapest (ATB) were superb and very punctual. When we arrived at Budapest Airport, earlier than expected, they went out of their way to accomodate us. On the way back from our hotel to the airport they were very punctual.
Altogether, a very good experience.”

“It wasn’t a good experience. The management was terrible at handling the schedule and overall organization.
We had to wait for 2 hours, even though we were told the maximum waiting time would be 1 hour. They didn’t inform us that the passengers we were waiting for were arriving on a different flight, so we had no idea that we would have to wait for another flight to land.
When those passengers finally arrived, they were among the first to leave the plane and collect their luggage. I can’t imagine how much longer we would have had to wait if they had been among the last passengers to disembark and collect their bags.
The company was also poor at managing directions and coordinating the shuttle, which caused further delays. The journey from Antalya Airport to Belek normally takes around 35–40 minutes by private taxi (£29). Instead, we chose this shared shuttle service, which took over 3.5 hours to get us to Belek. The cost was only £17 for two people, saving us just £12, but it cost us almost 3 extra hours of our time.
It was definitely not worth it.
The only positive aspect was the driver. He was very nice, friendly, and patient. He even seemed frustrated by the delays himself and was clearly unhappy with how the company was managing the schedule.”
“use Holiday Taxis regularly from Alicante airport. As always the cars were clean and tidy. Both drivers were kind and curtious to us. we will use for our next transfer.”
“Over 1 hour wait before coach departed and no air conditioning - fortunately 2nd drop off in Alcudia as Puerto Pollensa people were delayed.
Overall not bad but over 1 hour too long to sit on coach after flight.”

“Always booked with them . But had the worst transfer . Totally stressed. My flight was 10pm . But said picking me up 3 50pm . I stood from 3 30pm . Had to ask waiter in restaurant at 4 15pm to ring . Tried 2 numbers nothing . After trying numerous times . WhatsAppt them . Eventually spoke to assistant taxi came at 4 45pm . I had to stand for 50 minutes waiting for check in to open . If they had come at time they stayed it was 6 hours before flight . Rediculious. Another man we picked up same with him didn't turn up. Told to get taxi they would refund him . Then we turned up . So he cancelled taxi . I might consider private taxi now . Couldn't go through that again”
“The Lords Travel minibus picked me up on time in Roda, however we then went on to Archavi, and then came back again, passing my hotel! It was a pointless 45 minute early pickup.
The drive was without hitch, but on such a hot June day, IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE A BUS WITH AIR CONDITIONING.
I was very happy with the price though.”
