“First time I have used holiday taxis n would highly recommend them. Yes it takes longer than a private transfer and we did have a 50 min wait at airport for a later flight after a 2hr delayed flight by us so it was to b expected. Once we got going even with other drop offs we were only 30mins longer. Pick up going home was on time n only 2 other passengers so arrived at airport 3hrs early. Would definitely use them again , especially as a solo traveller.”

“Usually very reliable service. The transfer was 20 minutes late turning up. I called when it was 15 minutes late and was told the driver was "running a bit late". The vehicle was dirty, paintwork scraped and with a broken seatbelt. However we stopped on the main road out of Marmaris,,,,,and waited. Eventually a large coach from another company stopped and we joined the other passengers, by this point we were an hour late. My flight was delayed and I only had hand luggage so was still in time for the flight. However, this made the return journey far more stressful that it needed to be and I was annoyed that I was not given a full explanation when I called (to a native English speaker) and the driver was left to try and communicate to us in Turkish during the delay. Very dissapointing.”
“Always had a good experience with Holiday Taxis but this time wasn't so good - I originally ordered the standard coach to take me from Alicante airport to the hotel in Benidorm but it was a late flight from Manchester and the hotel liked you to arrive by 10pm so I cancelled it for a refund and ordered the premier (faster) coach instead and paid over £10 more - when I got to the airport I was told the coach hadn't arrived yet so a few people were waiting outside for its arrival. When we got on the coach we were waiting for about a hour as people obviously from a Liverpool flight got on. So the faster premier coach got me to my hotel a lot later than if I had stuck with the cheaper standard coach! So in future I will stick to the standard coach!”

“Absolut zuverlässige Transportfirma. Im Falle einer um a. 2 Std. verspäteten Flugankunft, sehr Grosszügig mit der Wartezeit. Kommuniziert ausgezeichnet und gibt einem als Kunde alle nötigen Informationen zum Treffpunkt, Übernahme und Fahrer durch.
Einziger Kritikpunkt: Wenn man einen SUV bestellt, wenigsten bei uns war es so, steht dann eine Limousine bereit. Die wird dann als "Standard leicht SUV" klassifiziert. Obwohl sie für bis 4 Personen mit je einem Gepäck angeboten und reserviert werden kann, kann es unangenehm werden mit dem Platz. Wir waren 3 Personen mit je einem 23kg Koffer. Das Gepäck ging knapp in den Kofferraum, ein viertes wäre gar nicht möglich gewesen. Dank dem Entgegenkommen des Fahrers konnte der grösste Passagier auf dem Vordersitz platz nehmen, somit war für die 2 restlichen Passagiere auf der Hinterbank genug Platz.
Aber sonst alles wirklich OK, auch die Fahrt in die Innenstadt. Man kann die Firma nur empfehlen.”
