“We have used Holiday Taxis on a number of occasions using an agent at the airport.
However this time, the agent had been changed and they had no record of our booking.
The issue was resolved fairly quickly, but it caused a bit of stress, especially with us wondering if the return transfer would appear on time at our accomodation.
As it was the return transfer arrived on time.”

Our flight was delayed by a hour and Holiday Taxis transfer coach still waited for us.....
On the day of departure the coach was right on time...

“Unfortunately, depite multiple emails from you saying that you were looking forward to, our family was not on any list and the team did not know about us. After a lot of confusion, lots phone calls between reps and lots of examining of our booking paperwork (that I had printed out), we were,eventually, found a place on an EasyJet coach (almost as favour). This all happened late into the evening (10pm) and due to the language issue, we were not really kept informed as to what was happening. The Reps just kept looking at our paperwork , and shouting at each other. Luckily, it all worked out in the end but not as easily or smoothly as I was expecting or expected!”
“The pick up from the airport to hotel was not great, we had paid for a mini bus as there were 6 of us but a car turned up. The driver was very apologetic and stayed with us until a minibus just happened to be at the airport so we thank him for that. Going back to the airport was good, good driver too”
“We arrived at the designated meeting point 10-15 minutes early for our return transfer as instructed. However the driver had apparently been told to pick up only one couple and took another pair instead, leaving us to arrange and pay for a seperate taxi to the airport. When we raised the issue with the airport customer service representative, we were met with a dismissive attitude and told to submit our complaint via email. It seems like a mistake was made but the lack of accountability and poor communication is shocking! Overall, I found the service to be completely unsatisfactory!”
“Our holiday transfers went very smoothly .taxi driver was waiting for us on arrival a very nice jolly man .and the transfer back to the airport went just as smooth again a very nice driver and very helpful.we know we can always rely on holiday taxis a very reliable service.”
“Why I was able to book a shared transfer to this hotel I do not know. Abandoned at the bottom of a steep hill with 2 large suitcases.
Lucky we are able to push them up the hill
Or we would have been stranded.”
