“Unfortunately the M23 was closed so the driver suggested to go another route which involved going down narrow country lanes and at high speeds. I understand that he meant well but it was an uncomfortable ride that I would not do again.”

“I booked a private transfer to Dalyan. There was no waiting. The driver was ready to go. Prior to return, I'd contacted the firm to rearrange a pick up time for 30 mins later. However, the driver came at the original time. He was happy to wait, but I ended up going back to the airport 20 mins before I wanted to. Otherwise, the service was good and I would recommend them.”
“The transfer was good, and straightforward without complications I followed the instructions and find the bus when I exit the airport. The bus took us all the way to the central bus station in reykjavic and from there they allocated us in a shuttle to the specific stop which was the nearest to my apartment.”

I was however disappointed that the App didn't work properly. I kept getting notifications that I was offline. I removed the App with the intention of installing the latest version, only to discover that there isn't an App anymore. I found this very disappointing.
Also the questions in this survey are not appropriate to Airport to hotel travel.”
