“The airport pick up went well but when our flight was cancelled holiday taxis failed to step up. We had one days notice of the cancellation and the local supplier called and confirmed they could cancel the pick up. They told me I would have to go through HT to re arrange. HT said I would have to cancel the booking without refund and book again. As such won't use them again apparently holiday taxis response is i got angry with their operator. if declining to pay for a new booking saying i would get my own transport is their idea of getting angry perhaps they need career advice”
“Super fast airport to accom trip and in a shared car which was really great. Driver was very nice. Return trip was very delayed although not due to the drivers fault (same guy as outward trip and was due to an issue with the first pick up not showing up). I called the company providing the transfer whilst waiting and they were slow in calling me back with a resolution (20 min) which was obviously very stressful.”
“We were dropped off at midnight with two suitcases plus hand luggage at the side of a main road approx. 400 metres from our accommodation. There was no tangible reason why the driver could not have taken us at least another 250 metres within site of our accommodation. There was ample room for the bus to manoeuvre and easily regain access to the main road. It was obvious to us that the driver was attempting to regain lost time having had difficulty in locating the previous drop off. I have been a regular customer of Holiday Taxis and have previously been more than satisfied with its performance, but on this occasion I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. If this is the quality of service that I can expect from Holiday Taxis then I?ll have to seriously consider whether or not to use them in future.”

“Just dont use them. Dont know whats gone wrong. Use to be good. Not Now. Customer service . There isnt any. You will be left stranded at your designated airport. Contact numbers not answered. Pick up times if you are lucky can be 6 Hours before departure. That is if they turn up.
I used this company at least twice a year. No more. If you book have a back up plan”
“On return journey we were expected to wait over 5hrs in the airport when the website says 2 1/2 maximum. Only told the evening before the return journey. I called holiday taxis and spoke with 2 employees who said take it or leave it. Couldn’t escalate to manager as told they don’t work weekends. Sent emails but completely ignored, unbelievably poor service”
“we were not dropped off at our hote; but two or three streets away/ It tookl us over half an hour to find our hotel. Globales Acuario has a back door almost ona bus stop. PLEASE TELL US WHERE WE WILL BE PICKED UP ON OUR RETURN”
“Despite the address of our accommodation given by the holiday company being incorrect, the driver went out of his way try to find the correct location. Both drivers were on time. I would recommend this company.”
“Easy to find at Antalya airport. Pick up was perfect back to the airport. I would have liked more notice of the pick up time as I was getting a bit stressed about it. Excellent communication. We had to change our accommodation at no notice. The driver found somewhere for us and we changed our return booking easily online.”
“I phoned to arrange the return and was given the pickup time and point. We waited at the point for the bus to drive past and not stop! I called them to be told we had to move to another hotel to get picked up asap, so we climbed the hill in midday sun to get the same bus that had driven past us previously! Eventually we got on the bus however the air conditioning wasn't working and the bus was absolutely boiling. Very poor experience, I doubt we will be using again.”

“Apart from on arrival having to go find our transfer, no signage in arrivals so had to find a person outside to help after this all was great with our transfer and also our return apart from us being early at the airport when all flights were cancelled due to industrial action, so meant even longer at the airport ultimately.”
