“Found the driver easily on arrival. He dropped us as near to the property as possible as the roads were inaccessible. I received pick up time confirmation and logged onto the portal with ease. Drivers were both very pleasant. I would use holiday taxis again”
“We had a very poor experience with oru privare car pick up form Paphos Airport to oru hotel on 20th September. We were delayed due to having to wait for our bags and when we got to the desk we were told that we would have to travel in a minibus with 4 other people.
We had to wait for another 40 minutes beofre the taxi arrived and we got to our hotel very late.
I have complained but have not heard anything since as at 4th October.”
