“Your provider in Malaga is not good at all. My name on arrival was not on the list. They made me wait and told me they would come and get me. After more than an hour I still had to wait. My name has meanwhile been added to the list with an arrival at 1 p.m. while my reservation was for 11:45 a.m. After 2h30 of waiting, finally I had my transfer. I was not alone in this situation. It was chaos. I had already had some problems in October 2022 in Malaga where I had been quite poorly received. Otherwise, I use HolydayTaxis once or twice a year and have never had a problem. It is really a problem of the supplier on arrival. The departure transfer went very well.”
“Great experience picking up from airport , only had to wait about 40 mins before we left for Santa Ponsa and then only about 40 mins transfer time ?.. Horrendous coming back , we were picked up 4 and a half hours before our flight !I went on the webchat to talk to Holiday Taxis but every time someone joined the chat they left straight away putting me back in a massive queue ! So i rang them to question this and they said there was nothing they could do ! It states that the transfer time is no more than 55 mins yet our transfer time was 1 hour 20 mins !”
“Booked 9 months ago but everything happened as it was supposed to. Everything on time and taxi drivers were very polite. They buy you water and ice creams for the journey. No doubt to improve chances of goletting a good tip. Only thing that was poor was the condition of the Turkish roads.”

“I have sent an email which wasn?t responded to. Our taxi dropped us a 20 minutes walk from our hotel with 2 large cases using the excuse of a marathon when other operators and taxis were managing to drop off far closer. Terrible service”
