Hi Aye We are really sorry to hear that you have not received your order. We do understand your frustration and apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the number of Royal Mail strikes at this very busy time of year has caused an unprecedented amount of disruption and created a huge backlog of parcels sitting in their sorting offices throughout the country. This is having a massive impact on our customer service team who are dealing with an unusually high volume of calls and emails as customers are, understandably, very frustrated with the situation. We are working our way through the emails that we are receiving an apologise that we have not replied to yours yet. Our Royal Mail sorting office has been greatly impacted by the industrial action and we have been asked to advise customers to allow up to 7-10 working days extra for items to arrive. Please keep checking the tracking status online - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item as this is where all updates will be shown. We are a small online retailer and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. We are continuing to dispatch orders everyday as usual but we have no control over what happens to parcels once they leave our warehouse. I never received my product. I ordered online on 10/2 and received an email stating it was shipped on 10/3. No tracking. I contacted customer service and they gave me a tracking number but informed me it does not work until it is delivered?? What kind of nonsense is that? Anyway, I just received an email for a review, which is comical as I have still not received my delivery and it is 10/17. I would not recommend this company.

I don’t want to leave a bad review but I don’t know what else to do! I have still not received my order and it is been 3 weeks. I have never received any sort of tracking number. I have emailed Hogies twice to get info about my order but no one has responded. I have only been sent an order confirmation and an “it’s been shipped” email that did not include a tracking number. I am sure you are wonderful people, but I would love to know what’s up with my order.

I have still not received my order, this was ordered as a gift for my wife’s birthday which now has come and gone the parcel is with Royal Mail where I have tracked the parcel to no avail

Products and vat not being added in order makes them very expensive and still waiting for a refund of my money back .Number online is a Irish number and the number for England is completely a hoax .This company makes eye wear for the health industry.

placed order on August 10th and I have not received the order as of September 8th. tracking reports being delivered to Chicago IL and the Milan, IL distribution centers on August 23rd and I have not received the package which sound be only 20 miles away in pleasant valley, IA. I contacted the USPS facilities and told they me at this the package is lost and to get in touch with you. let me know what I need to do next.

I bought lancome 274 lip gloss. It's very disappointed that the lip gloss has gone stale and can't be applied evenly. I checked the date of manufacture and it was made in January 2018.

I have order3d from hogies before so know that some items are sold with broken packaging etc but on ordering this time the two skincare items by brand Elemis were sold as perfect. I ordered the two items, delivery perfect, I checked the production date as I do with all my online skincare products, Elemis gives a shelf life of three years, these two items were already over four months past that three years so out of date. I didn’t want to use them all up quickly and for that reason was not happy. After several emails I sent to them they eventually said I could return for full refund and that they would be taking the rest of any out date stock off sale. I’m not sure if this has been done as I have noticed the website still selling the item of Elemis Superfood Veggie face mask with the picture of the old design bottle tops fr9m years back so may still be out date stock. Because of this I have decided not to use them again which is a shame as they are reasonable !

I am sorry that you received a product which was past its expiry date. I understand that you were refunded by our customer service team. First time using this company and the service provided could not be worse, my parcel was stolen in transit, It took them 25 days to resolve my issue,they always had an excuse “DPD filed the wrong case” “DPD is not answering” they sent me a replacement even when I asked for a refund, because I no longer needed the items as they were a birthday gift, I returned them, now they a refuse to refund me for this. I literally had to chase them for an update, I was told a claim was opened, they probably got their money back from their claim but refuse to refund me, a bit disrespectful for a “family Bussines” , their answer after all this was: please file a claim with Paypal.

I sent for gorgio armani Si gift set. The packaging looks the same but when opened it was not Si. The colour was too Dark and the smell was different very disappointed.

I have purchased a eyeliner from Hogies before Estée Lauder and was very pleased with price,quality and speed of delivery. Unfortunately this eyeliner Dior was not of the same quality. I can only assume the stock must be old. I checked on youtube to see if i was using correctly. The eyeliner certainly did not glide as advertised, a lot of pressure had to be used which then ended with the end crumbling and breaking off. This time Hogies unfortunately i was not impressed and the product was not fit for purpose .
