The order for pestel and mortar hyaluronic serum was delivered on time, unfortunately, the bottles were less than full, but on notifying Hogies customer services they rectified the problem and sent me sufficient enough product to make up the shortfall. On that basis, I would say that they are a brilliant company, extremely responsive to any customer complaint, and willing to go the extra mile to keep customers happy.

Buenos días; No he podido recoger mi paquete, ya que correos lo ha retenido en aduanas, y para poder recibirlo, debo abonar 57,36 €. Como comprenderéis no es un precio justo a pagar por el pintalabios que encargué. Al hacer el pedido, y aportar la dirección de entrega, se debería avisar de la posibilidad de dicho tramite. Ya que ahora, como me niego a pagar esa suma, ya no me lo van a entregar y lo van a destruir en Aduanas. Gracias

Hallo, ich habe Ihnen bereits am 27.10.2023 eine Mail geschrieben, dass mich Ihre Sendung aufgerissen und ohne Inhalt erreichte. Ledglich zwei Schokoladenherzen befanden sich im Brief. Bis jetzt erhielt ich keine Antwort von Ihnen. Ein Foto von dem beschädigten Umschlag und der Vermerk der Deutschen Post war angehängt.

Poor product looked like it was out of date. Emailed twice as didn’t want to write a negative review and no response at all so extremely poor customer services - wouldn’t use again … couldn’t find a telephone number either

I paid 100€ for the order on the 27th of September. Today is the 16th of October, and I still haven't received my order. I wrote an email to clarify the situation but haven't received any response. What could be the issue? It may be only fraud!

They said that they left a note about how to make further arrangements. Ordered bracelets for my friends 6 of them very small and no clasp to open it to put on wrist had to send them back paid £7 to return absolutely disgusted that hogies don't supply a return slip

Beware! On my second order my item wasn't in the box, just some sweets and some till rolls. I was advised that distribution is has video security and packages are weighed. I thought I'd found a real find but sadly that's not the case.

I purchased 4 watches. None of them worked. Yes they sent a refund, but isn't that the least they should do? No explanation as to the issue. I'm left with Q's such as why was there zero quality control? Where do they get their stock? But most annoyingly - where can I get these at short notice. No offer to replace. I promised them as gifts to my nephew's...

I haven't received my parcel yet. I've re eived an email from Royal mail letting me know my parcel was deliveried but it wasn't ever. Really dissapointed!!

They have attached a photograph of a number of parcels that were delivered at the same time. Ordered 10 days ago. Still not received. Messaged up ask where it was and told it had reached Heathrow and hope I get it soon! Still waiting. I would never have ordered if I’d known it would take so long. Very disappointing.
