My parcel didn’t arrive due to Royal Mail leaving in my doorstep so waiting for the situation to be resolved.

Delivery and communication was good. However the item was not what I wanted and it was not clear that the returns cost would be at my expense. This should be made clearer. The returns cost was more than half the cost of the item.

Me han cobrado por Gastos de importacion 31,25 € (DUA 20,87€ y Manipulacion 5,42€) aparte del TOTAL pagados a HOGIES ONLINE 40,90€ (Costo Pinta Labios 26,95€+ Envio 13,95 + Impuestos 7,10€) TOTAL 72,15€ pagados por 1 Barra Pintalabios ES EXESIVO. CONCLUSION: No se puede comprar NADA DE NADA fuera de la Comunidad Economica Europea.

2 women's ralph lauren T-shirts purchased. One if them looked worn and had white faded patches. Never seen that with Ralph Lauren, are these factory seconds? Awaiting refund.

Box came damaged as stated, unfortunately there was some leakage from the bottle, which spoile the inside of the box, and lost probably around 10ml of the scent. I like the scent and it was a decent price but have now decanted the scent into another airtight bottle. Other than that, good services as always from HOGIES, nice touch with the two tiny chocolate hearts for free. I've bought a few items from them and everything has been legit and great quality this has been the only hiccup hence the rating this one time, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Hogies usually 5 stars but not with this last order One of the Boxes was damaged I emailed and sent Pics but have had no reply As the item was for a Christmas present it mattered

Excellent value but my wife didn’t think it was as nice as the perfume she had smelled on her friend. The “blemished” packaging caused her to suspect that it might have been weakened . I told her that could not be the case but she was still disappointed. She gave it her daughter who received it willingly.

Hi Thank you for leaving your review. Fragrances smell different on different people which is why it won't have smelt the same on your wife as on her friend. Most fragrances are available as an 'eau de toilette' and 'eau de parfum' which do not smell exactly the same. Some of our products are listed as a 'Blemished Box' which means they may have a few imperfection but only to the outer packaging. This is reflected in the price of the product. Good priced products but didn’t arrive in great condition. One box looked a bit battered and it’s for a gift. I can hear rattling in the other box of mini perfumes so hope they aren’t broken inside.

Ordered out of stock NARS lipsticks- 3 out of the 7 I ordered had crushed tips - one was broken at the stem. Glad I could get the color but super disappointed so many were damaged.
