Your item was counterfeit. I binned the shower gel I bought from you. it was not real, was fake. I didn't risk my skin so I binned. iIscore you -5

The Chanel mascara I ordered as a Christmas present was posted in soft packaging so the box for the mascara was squashed and damaged. I had to buy it elsewhere. I am still waiting to hear back from customers services for my refund, instead I have been sent this email requesting praise for Hogies. Useless, I will not be ordering from them again.

This is sad during these holidays I really ordered this eyeshadow I couldn’t find anywhere because it’s discontinued so I came on this website and found it and ordered it but they never sent me my item. I was just so excited for nothing and then they sent me a link so that I can leave a review on my item what a turn off

The perfume I received is not the original Ralph Lauren tender romance. It looks like really dark urine and there is virtually no scent to the perfume. I was really disappointed after reading so many good reviews. I won't be ordering again.

One of the perfumes was used before and the box was dirty. It is really embarrassing. I bought it as a charismatics gift and I can't give it to any one.

Order not received as Royal Mail said it couldn’t verify the address! Checked the format on PayPal and have emailed you regarding this with a recognisable format that Royal Mail will accept and heard nothing from you?!!

Hogies accepted and acknowledged my order, accepted my payment, told me that the goods were ready to ship, then told me that the goods had been despatched and that I would receive my order on Monday August 2nd. Then I was informed that it was costing too much to send my package by courier so my order was cancelled and eventually refunded. Not the way that I'm used to doing online business.

The nail varnish cost over 20£ but when it arrived the box for the nail varnish was torn and ripped - which meant I could not give it as a gift as I had intended to.
