The perfume I ordered - Summer Cool Water - had literally no smell to it at all. It said it was from 2019 but both myself and my partner smelt it and neither of us could smell anything. I think it was an old perfume and should not have been sold!

I received an item worth more than £70.00 faulty. I'm sure they knew. I noticed something odd before opening the box. It leaks and it arrived with most of the fluid gone. First time I buy here , it made it the last time too.

Terrible Site, avoid it at all costs... They have sold me £800 worth of make-up which is a year out of date I can't believe it!! I have tried contacting customer services for weeks and I get ignored or told I will get called back absolute JOKE!!!

i ordered 8 ultra mad lipstick. i got 5 only and they put the rest ( 3 pieces ) from a different lipstick!!!! if you don’t have it in stock then refund my money! worst service ever

Outer packaging was in pristine condition, but the packaging of the perfume I ordered was very clearly crushed, and was packed for distribution to me in that condition. On this occasion Royal Mail could not be blamed as the other packaging was not damaged in the slightest. Clearly Hogies thought it acceptable to send me heavily damaged goods. The glass bottle was ok albeit there was even a finger print on that as well, I assume from inspection. This makes for a very disappointing gift. Shan’t order from this place again Do not recommend

We have checked the Royal Mail tracking information and it says: 'Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 24-03-2023 as it was not possible to identify the delivery address. Unfortunately I don't think the perfume is genuine... I have one Roler Pearl from the Dior website and the packaging is slightly different plus the actual perfume last longer. On top of that the ball inside it hardly moves so is difficult to get any liquid out of it. It is a shame because that was a gift for my friend. I will need to report that and hopefully will receive refund.
