The chocolate’s where so cute and put a big smile on my face, however the sprayer of my perfume came damaged and doesn’t spray properly, which is shame as its meant to be my wedding fragrance

Dear Hogies, Responding to your request to share a short review: My experience was not very good, here is why: I was very happy to find a perfume that I can‘t get in Germany anymore, so I ordered two bottles, accepting very high shipment costs compared to other purchases from UK. I then was informed that, „for customs reasons“, my order had to be reduced to one bottle, but without reducing shipment cost. Then I was contacted by DPD asking to settle customs before receiving the shipment. That cost me another 30£. So eventually ordering the one bottle of perfume came with a cost plus of approx. 50% and took very long to reach me. I understand Brexit has complicated things, but other UK based online shops seem to have adapted much better.

Have regularly bought this product from other stores never online, but it has never been the strong colour as this is especially for eau de toilette. Therefore I am a bit sceptical whether this is an original product. The smell of it also does not seem the same as I am used to. Disappointed with the product

I ordered two beauty flash balms, only one arrived. I contacted the company and they said they would send another, nothing arrived. I had to call several times to eventually get a partial refund. The staff were friendly and polite it was just a pity I had to call several times

Unfortunately the lining from the cap of the Dior bottle/ container is peeling the silver lining away into the concealer. So every time I apply, I am covered in silver specks. Disappointing as I have been purchasing from Dior for years and this has never happened with their products. Leads me to think the product may not be completely authentic!

One origins plantscription seems to have been in the heat resulting in it becoming a gue. I left a message to return my call but to no avail I have posted the offending item back and am awaiting some contact

Very good product and service but the problem is I live in Switzerland and I had to pay more than Fr.20 as taxes. This is not written on the website and so I would never order again @ Hogies unfortunately.

Thought ide Purchased Yet Another Great Bargain - From Hogies.. Ice Chronograph Party Watch, A Gift For My Partner ICE Watch Hadn't even Been Worn For 14 days Yet & The Battery Has Gone Onit All Ready.. Watch Specialist In Arndale Manchester Quoted £18 For Replacement Battery :-( I queried If It was Plated in 24Ct Gold .. Apparently Its The Cheapest Quote I'll Get, Hmmm

The prices are very reasonable but the decription on defected items is not clear. Stating Package can be dented implies the outer package, and not the item itself as being defected.

Hi We have looked into this for you and can see that you placed your order on Bank Holiday Monday, 29th May, and we despatched it on Tuesday 30th May. We can see that you selected Royal Mail Tracked 48 for your order and the tracking shows that it was delivered at lunchtime on Thursday 1st June. We do offer a faster delivery service which is Royal Mail Tracked 24, it may be worth selecting that for any future orders if you would like to receive them faster. I still haven't received my order. You should have an option for DHL delivery if the client chooses to do so. Royal mail takes forever..

The eyebrow pencil arrived on time and as planned i was very impressed by the great communication throughout the order to delivery process. I am however deeply disappointed that the product has turned up with a lid that doesn't properly turn, it's bent and as a result, the actual eyebrow brush/pencil is bone dry! It feels like they inherit all the old damaged goods and sell them off through the website.
