“I paid to reserve a car was kept waiting 3 hours was spun story car was locked in garage then salesman had to go get the key but he had run out of petrol ! Then finally I was shown the car in the garage filthy dirty battery not connected. I had made a 200 mile round trip to see/buy the car . I then foolishly agreed with the salesman that they could prepare the car and send me photos and video 3 days later this did not happen either . More excuses so had my reservation money refunded . Car is back for sale so contacted then again to enquire again spoke to a salesman to request a call back yesterday no response. Do not waste your time with this totally unprofessional shower . I tried in vain to speak to a Director but got fobbed off by customer services . Shocking .”
