It was a lot of fun because of the young woman. assisted me in completing all the forms. found what I wanted in town, saving me plenty of money. She was friendly and helped things go well.

I bought a car here on Saturday and love the vehicle, but the overall experience has been ruined by their after-sales service. A £1,499 warranty was added to my finance package that I explicitly did not really want. I exercised my legal right to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period by emailing them on Monday, as instructed. Since then, I have been chasing them daily. Every time I call, I am brushed off with excuses that it is 'with the business manager.' I have now had to log a formal dispute with Zopa Finance and the warranty provider because it feels like Hilton is intentionally ignoring a statutory cancellation request. This is causing me immense and unnecessary stress. I expect management to contact me and remove this charge immediately

Elijiah was a fantastic salesman who kept in touch and ultimately understood what I truly wanted and would choose! I also liked the fashion's timeliness. We omitted a few little variables, largely because I was somewhat duped, but overall, I was rather pleased and will definitely suggest!

DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I paid a reservation fee and had a phone call to agree my viewing for the next day. This was 17:35pm. I also had text confirmation. At 9:38 the following, as I was on route to the viewing which was over an hours drive away and I made them aware of this, I receive a text message to say they sold the car. Not a phone call, not an apology nothing. Instead they assured me they had a lot of these vehicles in stock and to still come for a viewing. I arrived and conveyed my upset and disappointment. I explained that the other cars were 2-3k more, I was then told we can make a deal. After wasting 4 hours of my time and selecting a runner up to the car I had reserved I was then told the best offer they were willing to do was reduce the car by £249. The car I reserved was £16079 the substitute was £19249. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager acknowledged that they had taken my reservation fee first but a customer who was on site after I paid the fee decided they wanted to buy it, the manager then said we didn’t know if you would actually want it so we sold it. The manager would not acknowledge any wrong doing of the company or staff etc. I asked to make a formal complaint he refused to actually record it, I challenged this and he said, “I don’t need to right it down I am taking your complaint by speaking to you here” I then asked for his business card. He stated he’s doesn’t have one. I then asked for him to right down his name so I could make a formal complaint. He then started looking at his computer as though he didn’t know his own name, then as we were sitting there started discussing another customer sales and offer with a colleague directly in front of us. At this point I was done I walk away loudly informing all customers that I wouldn’t trust the company as they take a deposit and then sell the car from under you. The “Manager” then refused to give any details due to my vocal dissatisfaction. I have never known a company like this, horrific service, no ownership of its behaviour and will continually lie to your face. Honestly if I can save one person from being ripped off by this so called company this post is worth it. I am so glad I didn’t buy a car through them after everything because I wouldn’t be able to trust any part of the sale.

the attention I got as soon as I entered the building. Vik was a young yet talented salesman for me. The manager went above and above to assist me close the purchase and was really understanding of my situation. I would absolutely return to them if I had to do it over.
