“Shambolic communication and poor after-sales service throughout. Despite paying a £99 reservation fee and being upfront about required repairs, we were repeatedly given conflicting information by Vikram, pressured into last-minute collection, and rushed to complete incorrect finance documents. We were allowed to drive away in an untaxed car without being told, then left chasing Hilton and Daniel across more than 10 phone calls while being placed on hold, promised call-backs that never came, and given inaccurate information. The car was clamped by the DVLA, costing us £260, entirely due to the dealership’s failure to tax the vehicle on time. The After-Sales Manager took no responsibility and even hung up the call. A week after submitting a formal complaint, we have still had no contact, despite being told we would receive a call back “within half an hour”. At no point did we feel valued, informed, or supported. Stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.”

Purchased the car with faults and didn’t get a chance to rectify all the issues within the month warranty. They are un willing to help rectify the issue despite sending details from the ECU including date when the fault was first recorded.”
