“Where do we start with this place, only went there to have a look at a few cars and get a PX price for ours, turned into a full on dreadful experience. We signed in at the front desk, with all the other customers names and number on show which in my experience is a failing of GDPR, then we had a little wander around, came back in and said we would like to have a look at a car and get a price for ours as PX, a guy then came over, took our car keys and disappeared, no introduction, no how else can we help just walked off and gave them to someone else. At that point we were ushered out to look at the car we were possibly going to buy, the salesman was gormless idiot and just stood there saying thank you to everything and that's if he spoke at all. We then realised our car had been gone for 10-15 minutes, look round the corner and 2 blokes were all over it, which is fine so I walked over and neither of them introduced themselves and just tried to find fault, which they couldn't. At that point they then decided to go on a test drive, I still don't know who these people are... Myself and my wife got a bit concerned when it was 30 minutes in and no one had come back, I asked to see the manager, who also was the guy who took the keys the first time, he Wandered over as slow as possible on his phone and couldn't give a F***, by now it's been 40 minutes plus the 15 checking it over, eventually the bloke who was a wannabe mobsta bad lookalike turned up in the car, I questioned what the hell was going on and why he had been so long to be told he had only been gone 15 minutes, again I questioned him and he then said in his own language as he didn't think I understood him, keep your peace of s""t anyway and went to walk off, I asked him to repeat himself to see if he would tell the truth but he said the he was going to get a water. At this time the so called manager just stood there like a wet fish. To end this we won't be spending any money and recommend that no one does, this place is awful and the staff don't have a clue. If I was @syedshahryarkamal I would be embarrassed on how this site is run.”

“WORST EXPERIENCE Do not buy a car from this garage! It’s pointless paying £99 to reserve a car as they’ll just sell it to someone else. I reserved a car, went to pick up my new car, for them to tell me they’ve sold it. Took my reservations money, breaching their own terms and conditions, taking money and my bank details and lying to me is fraud. Thank god I didn’t buy a car from them! The motor ombudsman have been notified.”
