Poor customer service from initial sales rep. Not offered even a cup of tea despite being there for nearly 4 hours and buying a car. Given very little information during the whole process. Only upside was the manager was nice.

Sean was very helpful throughout the process from looking at vehicles to collecting it. I would recommend Hilton car supermarket when buying a new car

Don't expect any outstanding customer service, very low part exchange value compared to others. Car was nice though, but I had to do all the work myself. The guy showing me the car knew less about cars than my 6 year old. So if you see a car you like, don't expect to barter or as any questions. Set your expectations low!

Great service by all team at Hilton Car supermarket. The whole process was easy. Just one problem is the waiting around for final paperwork. Brooke, the wonderful lady, at reception was very pleasant but seemed very stressed with the amount of paperwork she was having to deal with.
