“bsolutely outstanding customer service. Amazing price, next day delivery and immaculately packed. Lewis went the extra mile to refund me the price difference after a watch I recently purchased had gone down in price without me even having to ask. I’ve been buying watches for years and have never come across such outstanding service.”

“I recently purchased a Seiko watch from Hilliers. I don't think I had heard of them before, but they had a good range of stock. I found the one I wanted and decided to buy it. It was around the £600 mark so I was a little hesitant about buying it online. I needn't have worried. It arrived the next day and I was very satisfied with it. Communication was good too. I would definitely consider buying from them again.”

“Brilliant service and the best prices consistently on the web. As a Seiko fan I was delighted, also, to receive a king Turtle where the bezel and chapter ring lined up perfectly!! Too good to be true almost!! Will certainly come back to Hillier’s for more. On top of this they responded to a mail in person within 20 minutes which I thought was exceptional. Highly recommended.”
