We’ve been helping our customers create beautiful homes with our made-to-measure blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings for over 50 years.

Choosing the right window treatments can feel overwhelming, but with Hillarys you don't have to worry. When you buy a window dressing from us you can be sure it’s been lovingly finished to the highest standard by our skilled manufacturing team.

Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. Our team knows all the tricks of the trade, bringing years of experience and expertise right to your doorstep.

Have had various items from Hillarys over the years and never had any problems .... until now. Ordered 4 day and night roller blinds with remote controls and some rather expensive curtains, a pole and tiebacks in March. They arrived on the agreed date of 22 April but could not fit the curtails as the pole hadn't arrived and one of the roller blinds wouldn't charge up or do anything. Fitter told me they would be back to repair the faulty blind at the latest on 8 May and also should have the pole by then. No more contact was made by Hillarys and i expected things would be sorted on 8 May. No-one came and no-one got in touch. When I phoned I was told there was a further delay with the pole but they would chase it up and get the fitter to get in touch with me. No-one called me. I rang again the next day, they assured me that the fitter would have everything Wednesday 14 May and they would get the fitter to ring me to arrange an date for fitting. No-one phoned again. In the meantime a second one of the four blinds does not work, These were all expensive items and I have paid a sizeable deposit and have just 2 out of 4 working blinds and no curtains as yet. There appears to be no urgency in rectifying the situation and no-one ever phones me back.

It wasn't a cheap roller blind, it was for the wet room. Expertly fitted, more than happy.

I gave 5stars because Duncan came out to fix our blinds as the first fitter who fitted our blinds, had used the wrong screws and the blinds began to fall down. We were so disappointed as we thought the blinds looked great and we gave a good review to the first fitter. But when one blind began to fall down we reported it to Hillarys customer service, long story, but Duncan came to the rescue and discovered that the screws the first fitter used were far too small and in one of the brackets on one screw was used and it needed two screws. But don’t let that put you off buying blinds or whatever from Hillarys as the quality is excellent and this I think was an isolated case. We are so happy with the blinds. Thank you Hillarys for sorting out this problem, Duncan saved the day.

One of the fascia’s keeps falling off the blind. It was put back up by the gent who fitted it but it keeps falling off.

Was happy throughout from contact to fitting however the fitter measured up for kitchen and bathroom but we never received a quote

avoid black out blinds at all cost! the company provide low quality products , finishing and standards, they sell you black out blinds but bare in mind that after installation and having all the light coming in at 5 am...the only thing that they say is..sorry we can t stop the sun! the fabric is black out but light come in anyway... Would have been helpful to discuss this during the first visit, when we have been instead recommended to have roman blind to have a good obscuring result. Very rude lady at the phone, she does not have any proactive approach to customers or problem resolution. I wanted to find with them a solution but she just said... there is nothing that we can do!

We are very pleased with our blind. The whole process was seamless from initial visit to ordering and fitting. There was no problem when I changed the installation date. We would definitely recommend Hillary’s!

To be honest I would definitely recommend Agent was 100% Friendly and very accommodating especially where colours were concerned
