Every new design goes through a rigorous testing process that checks it will meet the demands of the average home. If the fabrics don’t meet our standards, they don’t make it into our range. Only the best performing styles should be in your home. It’s as simple as that!

When you book an in-home appointment, your friendly and knowledgeable local advisor will bring along samples of our full product range for you to have a look at, and they’ll work with you to find the right solution for your space. “DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ordered WHITE vertical blinds which look GREENY YELLOW when all together!! Called customer service to say that perhaps they should have more than one of each sample so customers came see the final colour. Quite aggressive person on the other end who said it’s not their policy to do that and that’s the colour I chose so it’s not their problem that it looks a different colour when all together. I pointed out that it’s difficult to choose a colour from one tiny sample when there’s no indication of what it will look like when one slat is behind another. To this comment she started shouting and saying it’s not their problem!!!”

“I have been using this company for years and always go for the verticial blinds, I love them. The fitter is always really friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable and very good at his job. Can't recommend them highly enough. I have has other blinds in the past but they were very inferior quality and a little shabby in comparison. Hilary's is Number 1 in my book.”

“Tried to cancel my order was treated with an aggressive woman on the phone who told me i couldn’t company policy was can’t cancel after two days. Pointed out i cancelled within seven day period,and as my salesman went on holiday the day after I placed my order and would not have the curtains for six weeks. The reason for my cancellation was because of such bad reviews,and am worried about spending a lot of money with such a bad company. Anyone thinking of using this company check carefully beforehand”

“We have used Hillarys before and would not trust any other company to make our blinds. From start to finish, Clive our agent provided friendly, efficient and confident service which was second-to-none, from measuring, advising and fitting. He was friendly and fully knowledgeable about the products on offer and fitted our beautiful burlap vertical blinds in a timely manner would definitely recommend Hillarys to anyone looking for all window dressing options for their top quality, range , colour and fitting accessory options. 100% company.”

“Fantastic service from beginning to end . Iain, our consultant was also our fitter so we knew any advice given could be trusted. Service was professional ,friendly and local . Our blinds are great quality and we are absolutely delighted with them. So delighted, Iain is coming back to measure up another two blinds . Photos will follow when the decorating is finished .”

“At our intitial appointment we received good advice from the consultant and as a result ordered Venetian blinds for 3 windows. The blinds were delivered and installed on the date given when we placed our order. The consultant / installer was polite, on time, efficient and cleared away all "spoil" created. We could not be more pleased with the result. We are considering blinds at additional windows and will be contacting the same consultant / installer.”

“I ordered shutter blinds waited 16 weeks which I did expect what I didn’t expect was that the shutters wouldn’t fit and I would end up with broken window and damage to my decoration and to add insult to injury I have had to seek to quotes for the window then claim money back from them I am still waiting for my refund 7 days later but they were quick to take my money when I ordered the shutters do not use this company if you want a good job”

“We have recently had Shutters, Perfect Fit blinds and a roller blind fitted. Overall I am really happy. Different people dealt with ordering & fitting the shutters to the Perfect Fit blinds & roller blind. I was extremely happy with the Perfect fit & roller blinds both order and fitting. The shutters took 4 months to be fitted and the fitter took over 8hours to fit to 3 windows which was unexpected and one window he had to make adjustments which suggests either it wasn't measured correctly or china messed up the measurements. They all look good now on the window but just could have been a better experience overall had the shutters gone better.”
