I am glad to have this opportunity to tell you that I am NOT pleased. I bought a silver penknife in the hope that it would replace my friend's stainless steel family heirloom that was taken from him on the memorable occasion of paying homage to our late Queens coffin. I hoped it would go in some measure to console the loss. However, when I opened the well-wrapped item, to my horror I see this crudely engraved silver penknife. I tried the knife out and again was disappointed as I think it would only cut butter!!! I did feel like phoning you up but thought better of it. After all, it was I who thought it would be a great idea to have it engraved. It looks like something from a Xmas cracker instead of £180 worth of silver.
