“From start to finish, the purchase and delivery went off without issue. The scales for the ukpk were an excellent fit and really added to the feel of the knife. The only downside is the scales are a little slick without something like a micarta inlay. Besides that, this is a really well made product at a pretty good value. Well done!”

“Ordering a Swiss Army knife was simple, with an excellent range available. I chose the cheapest postage option, UPS and to have it delivered to the nearest UPS collection point, as I've had trouble before having knives delivered , looking for signatures etc. First UPS emailed to say I could collect as promised, followed by another email saying they had wrongly sorted it. A couple of days later, I went to collect it. The shop couldn't release it to me, or rather the UPS system wouldn't. I had to go back, 5 miles there and another 5 back. On this attempt I had to wait around for at least 30 minutes as the system still wouldn't release it! A phone call to UPS eventually sorted out the problem.”

“Heinnie's is my number one choice for expanding my knife collection. The variety of brands, styles and steel types is exceptional. However, the standout factor of Heinnie's though is their excellent staff. Their passion, enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile is a notch above any other online retailer I've ever purchased from. If hotels can have a 1 to 7 star rating system then online retailers should also have same ratings system and Heinnie's would get 7 stars from me. Excellent products ! ! ! Excellent customer service ! ! ! Competitive pricing ! ! !”

“A wonderfully easy website to navigate like a Christmas warehouse full of shiny and enticing toys! Be warned - shiny object desire will kick in big time! The quality of their merchandise is of the highest order and though some items seem expensive they will last you a very long time and probably be passed on as heirlooms. Heinnie Haynes are my go to first choice for anything sharp, pointy or related to the Great Outdoors.”

“My one place to go for the highest quality of tools,knives and every outdoor utensils known to the great outdoor.
