“Heinnie Haynes is my all time favourite for top notch outdoor kit. The range is fantastic with lines that allow access to equipment that is otherwise only available from USA. Communication is second to none and delivery is spot on. I love everything about the service and the website. Awesome!”

“Fantastic customer service. If you have any questions about a product or delivery you get a prompt response if you email. Even better than that there’s someone at the end of the phone within a few rings with no automated press 1 for this 2 for that etc! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great company to buy from. I’m a repeat customer and will always buy from Heinnie Haynes.”

“Excellent customer service and response times. Delivery options are spot on with multiple couriers and drop off points if you're not at home. Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but also have a great points loyalty scheme which gives great discounts”

“Heinnie haynes has been my go to source for Quality kit for years .They never let me down, the quality of the goods they sell is allways fantastic, their website is so well laid out and easy to use and their service is second to none. “Very good service from Heinnie Haynes, though the delivery company proved to be the weak link and what should have been delivered on Friday actually arrived the following Monday, this was due to some unspecified problem at the distribution centre”
