“Top quality products and services. Ordered and supplied basically next day delivery, only DHL delayed my actual delivery to the following day but that is no fault of Heinnie Haynes. Recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future for my specific needs”

“Great range of outdoor kit, I was after a Victorinox 58mm Mini Champ which they had in stock at a good price. It was delivered promptly and in great condition. “I work for the emergency services and purchased the StatGear T3 Tactical Rescue Tool. It uses a liner lock to lock the blade in the open position. However, the knife I received, the blade would not lock open and light pressure on the back of the blade would cause it to close. It's either a defect with this knife or they're just poorly made. I sent it back for a refund but Heinnie said that the knife was not faulty and issued a refund but deducted the delivery fee. I deal with these knives at work and know exactly how a liner lock is meant to work and I would not have confidence using this knife. I can't recommend Heinnie either since it's essentially my word against theirs and they didn't issue a full refund.”

“From start to finish, the purchase and delivery went off without issue. The scales for the ukpk were an excellent fit and really added to the feel of the knife. The only downside is the scales are a little slick without something like a micarta inlay. Besides that, this is a really well made product at a pretty good value. Well done!”

“Ordering a Swiss Army knife was simple, with an excellent range available. I chose the cheapest postage option, UPS and to have it delivered to the nearest UPS collection point, as I've had trouble before having knives delivered , looking for signatures etc. First UPS emailed to say I could collect as promised, followed by another email saying they had wrongly sorted it. A couple of days later, I went to collect it. The shop couldn't release it to me, or rather the UPS system wouldn't. I had to go back, 5 miles there and another 5 back. On this attempt I had to wait around for at least 30 minutes as the system still wouldn't release it! A phone call to UPS eventually sorted out the problem.”
