Good quality blade bought as replacement for the broken one for my 20 year old SOG multitool but literally 1 or 2 mm too long so once fitted would not open so require modification

Good products prompt delivery. I felt a bit duped as at checkout had used my account rewards and then was not eligible for the sale discount so lost out on it. Customer service explained and did send me a new discount code credit to them BUT it didn’t really help with delivery charging / returning or cancelling delivery so I kept the order. I am sure is in line with their policies so can’t grumble. Just feels a bit unfair.

Over the past 3 weeks ive ordered a few usefull items , all of which arrived within the time slot , all thee items arrived in perfect condition . Every one of said items are as the discription dictated and are fit for purpose , The delivery driver was also very well Mannered , all in all excellent ...

Great service as usual, but was a little disappointed as the photos on item I bought showed the latest version of what I bought, and was expecting. Whereas I got sent the original version of lesser quality .

Service from Heinnie Haynes was fine, but they really need to coordinate with BETTER delivery services. When you pay quite a sum extra for faster delivery, then when the delivery company sends a message stating you owe another extra $51 for delivery, and a totally different delivery date, and it arrives late and opened and damaged, and with completely ignored delivery instructions, it's kind of frustrating and maddening. HH was quick to refund the faster delivery fee, and is looking into the sloppy delivery process from DHL.

H/H was great as always, I received it fast and undamaged. The only reason I gave 3 stars the prices I've bought a lot of knives from H/H over the last 20 year but the last 3 year I've bought one knife a year. As the prices as gone through the roof, and if you shop around you can find them cheaper elsewhere on the net.

Lots of interesting inventory. Quick dispatch. Only complaint is they seem to send out a lot of returns/damaged/ex display. For the money you're paying you'd expect brand new/factory sealed items, not pre opened/ex display stock.

Great company who i have bought items from before .... however .... i am waiting at home for the 5 th day in a row for an item i bought last week .... the delivery company DPD are totally hopeless .... H.H. gav up using Royal mail earlier this year so customers are at the mercy of private couriers who in my experience are totally unreliable
